We have global player Scan Global doing the logistics.

We have sales through Baosteel - part of one of the top 50 companies in the world, the largest steel company and largest consumers of manganese ore.

Yes we have attracted some of the highest calibre partners to our Kilifi operations - perhaps people should be asking why or how we have done that.

I guess getting deals actually done in the various African countries doesn't count for much in your mind - perhaps we have made it look easy by doing the various deals in relatively short time frames.

Likewise the last time we did a general placement was in November 2022 and in February 2023 with QGC - so no heavily diluted share placements since to raise funding for our development activities.

Projects advanced to production - Blesberg, Kinusi, Larisoro, Kilifi - high-grade and high value projects - BUT NO - securing projects like this for shareholders is not considered by you to be 'a success'

Getting our projects permitted in multiple jurisdictions with mining permits, mining rights and mining licenses - things which I'm sure you've seen can take mining companies considerable time to do.

To get revenue, you need people, you need projects and you need the funding to get it there - and you need an awful to of luck along the way. And yes I believe were have all those key ingredients to deliver exactly what you and I and every other shareholder wants - returns from cashflow and dividends and from a strong appreciating share price.

And yes sometimes it takes longer and yes sometimes its hard not to be optimistic - like nearly every mining CEO I know - and yes sometimes you get let down massively by some and yes sometimes you get some amazing turns of fortune liek Kinusi and Kilifi

And please no need to call others 'cowards' kind of putting yourself up there as someone better than the rest - we are all equal and all of us have our different ways of dealing with things and communicating - we are no in the school playground now

Happy to be questioned and challenged and of course its great to see how human nature focuses on the deemed failures and ignores the successes - so easy to do that I know.

Likewise to hold the share price as the key and only determining factor in measuring wealth is in my opinion incorrect - its easy to do don't get me wrong - but look at what is being done and what is being 'built'

A mining company does not get built overnight, nor in weeks nor even in months and many of the decisions are based on results that have impacts way down the line.

No arguing with what has not been delivered - how can I - but look at what is in motion.

I am not the person to go out there and do massively dilutive equity raising, nor do deals that are not in the interest of shareholders, I put my money where my mouth is, I am not one of the City or West London brigade of London-based directors drinking their G&Ts and squandering shareholder monies - I may not be everyones cup of tea and you can say whatever you want about me, but I am 100% committed to getting this done and getting value into it for all shareholders.

I've said it a few times - play the ball and not the man - Marula is and will always be far far bigger than me and there are far more people involved in this and working hard to make it a success.

And yes its great to see the price moving back up, but you're not seeing me sipping champagne or celebrating in anyway.

No far from that I've just finished a 40 hour trip to our Kilifi operations, 20hrs of which were in the car, and the balance pretty much on site and working out how that can truly deliver this quarter - don't get me wrong not looking for slaps on the back and platitudes but just showing that I and everyone here are committed in making this work.

So it's full on from here and hopefully one day we will get to meet and we can discuss all these points face to face and I can address any of your other concerns.

Manganese - have all brand new equipment on site and clearly that will have a major impact on performance.

Sells made at time of year when limited liquidity.

Seller well and truly out and that has been seen by recent gains.

Have done my best in on market purchases over past 3 months but clearly are limits on prance as to what I can do given periods that are restricted given material news flow.

Really you have fun laughing at share prices languishing at low levels and at investors.

Again I'd suggest you read the previous RNSs of the company in respect to the Kilifi Processing plant.

The company has ore supply agreements in place with multiple parties for the supply of material to the plant - a fixed tonnage and a minimum grade.

You can also refer to the various assays that have been reported of this material.

I'd also suggest you look at RNS on these contracts and the key terms which are included in their - which can provide the necessary confidence.

In respect to the high grade material please also refer to the RNS dated 27 August:

"- samples were from areas designated to supply 10,000 tpm of manganese ore to the Kilifi Plant under the Ore Agreement signed with Kitmin in August 2024

· assay results recorded high-grade manganese, with an average grade of 61.95% Mn obtained and the lowest and highest reported grades of 44.13% Mn and 71.01% Mn, respectively

· the assay results for the six samples included 44.13% Mn, 51.69% Mn, 66.04% Mn, 68.41% Mn, 70.38% Mn and 71.01% Mn

· the samples were assayed by Kenya's State Department for Mining at their laboratory facilities in Nairobi

· the samples were taken from the lower sections of the manganese rich deposits found in the Ganze Region of Kilifi County, more specifically from the base of the unit where larger manganese-bearing rock fragments are found"

Yes is is pretty obviously I need to spell it out very very slowly.

We've acquired assets - mine and resources - and have a major multi-billion dollar company coming onto the register as our major shareholder and putting 2 board members on and having the right to at all times maintain their major % shareholding in the company.

We've received offers of debt funding, gold and uranium, loans, royalty and streaming.

We';ve appointed a strategic and corporate advisor - arguably the best in the UK from a uranium perspective - the founder and advisor to Yellow Cake.

The adviser also manages the agreement under which Yellow Cake acquires its uranium - an agreement they arranged and structured and underwhch over 500M has been paid to acquire uranium.

They have clients that are seeking to acquire both uranium and gold - and we have both in considerable amounts and with mine infrastructure to extract.

They will optimise our funding structure based on what we have received and based on some others that have ready.

Funding has been raised as a major risk with us - this should go a very very long way to dismiss some of those ask concerns.

We said we were going to grow this business with a series of assets and have announced and signed formal documentation on all 3 of these.

Transactions which provide the platform for accelerated production.

A key transaction completed with a $2.6 billion major player that clearly knows the sector and has clearly done its homework on us and on me.

So those deals have materialised.

And unashamedly I will not apologise for being excited. I love what I am doing here and the value that I am trying to bring to Neo and its shareholders.

Big boys are already here I'd suggest - we have US$2.6bn Sibanye Stillwater coming on the register and taking 30-40~% and having 2 directors on the Board.

From my experience dealing with them, they do not mess around.

Our funding has been reviewed by many 3rd parties and by them and we can now look to implement / finalise given we have only 4 weeks or so ago signed the formal acquisition documentation with Sibanye Stillwater.

They don't take 'equity' risk in many of their transactions - yet here they are willing to do so and support our strategy.

Remember they have the option to always maintain their significant and major shareholding.

last week in South Africa, a number of groups I met were in awe at how we had pulled off these deals - deals the like of which haven't been done in South Africa for some time.

It's now time to deliver and I guess you all need to watch this space and read the RNSs in detail.
