If the only motive is to leave the Shell clean, which is how i view it, it's extremely encouraging to be doing so at this stage.

I thought that Antos would be on the board by now i must admit. Still a while to go so it wouldn't surprise me if it still happens. All speculation still but with Antos being present by telephone at the AGM, i'm still confident.

I remember that they applied to be struck off around the time that Syms became Chairman here.

I agree with Jace in terms of Antos and his links(or lack of) with the potential RTO target(s).

Most of my own research has gone into possible Health/Bio companies. A few biggies out their which have hinted at a possible listing this year, however trying to find any link with Antos or Syms has proved near impossible. Nothing has been shared on here either, which on the one hand is frustrating, but the professionalism of those in control with no leaks is admirable. GLA

I know some have said on here they could enforce a NDA if there is sensitive info at the AGM, but could they suspend trading with immediate effect instead when the AGM begins?

Clocks ticking, but it's unlikely that either Syms or Antos would miss this excellent opportunity to propel a company of their choice to the stock market. So many lucrative possibilities from both individuals, which appears to be leaving us non the wiser. Gold, authentication technology, something health related or something completely different. We are soon to find out i'm sure.

Can't see news now until after the AGM, i'm sure most are of this opinion anyway.

I do feel there are details which could well be released now, but are being held back to a more suitable time i.e. after the AGM. An RNS on the following Friday or Monday with an update seems likely.
