Unless this raises debt it can only dilute shareholders and raise funds at discounts.

Agree with last poster that SWC need to prove they can raise a lot but the discount matters because of size of dilution. Does feel that market now grasps the constant need to ask the market for more and they will always be out of control (that was well said by a poster yesterday. This is London, not the US!
