Share price hasn't gone up in an hour. That's a reason to sell, right?

Capital letters and full stops are a thing.

Alex is definitely getting a full introduction to how AIM works. Spend money carefully, deliver good results and the share price goes down. What makes share prices go up is share prices going up, not increasing value. One or two sellers, momentum killed, share price killed.

On the plus side, Rick Rule always says he's never had a 10 bagger without at least one and usually two 50% pullbacks. He's not far off having had two already and it's difficult to see what either of them have to do with company progress.

A few folks who bought in recently hoping for a quick return leaving for a quick scratch trade this morning instead?

As I have said repeatedly, I believe that some patience is still required. A 30-40km long project will take time to develop.

I think there are probably a few issues.

The previous managements, with their disastrous strategic review and failed raise are still casting a shadow here. Sentiment is shifting, but slowly. Perhaps not surprising given that, despite encouraging geology, it was almost driven to extinction.

Continual dilution at a very low market cap prevents any building of value in the share price, even if it builds value in the ground. The company is constantly given away.

The share price is all over the place and has next to no correlation to anything that's going on . 6p intraday almost a year ago after they announced Rick Rule had bought in. Half that plenty of times since without any bad news, despite gold tagging $3,500.

I still hold everything I've ever bought and I do think prospects are currently very decent here, but it is not without problems. Value will be recognised in the end, but the path there could still be very choppy.

Entire new area to the east? Looks promising to be BAM 2?

Plenty to go after still and lots of scope to improve the economics, even if they don't find something new and promising in this campaign.

It doesn't matter if your memory is non-existent, let alone short.

Investing is about what the future prospects of a company are.

It is not about what past mistakes were made by previous management teams.

I think there's an expectation here among traders that because so many of us long term holders have averaged down to high single figures/10p or so, that there will be loads of resistance there on the way back up as we all throw the towel in glad to simply get our money back.

Nope.

I'm here until this gets to a sensible valuation based on real world value and prospects or the company is sold, not based on what feels least painful.

GDXJ well and truly testing the covid highs from 2020 today. It is filtering down the food chain and eventually Landore goes up again.

They really need to get the most recent webinar uploaded to youtube. With Gold over $3,200 new eyes will be looking at this and it's no good hiding information away behind an investor hub.

A rising tide will lift this boat over the next year or two, although gold is surely due a pullback for a few months soon.

Geologically lots going on, loads of scope. Main issue, as it has been for the last few years, cost of capital. Seems like a vicious circle. Low share price, raises are punishing. Raises are punishing, low share price.

Genuinely surprised that has done so little for the share price so far today but then I am always surprised.

As they rack up positive progress and as gold climbs, this is at least becoming a much easier hold.

An interesting few quarters ahead.

I've been saying patience required on here for quite a few months now. I had 10p in mind as a reasonable goal for 2025, so if it goes further as this note apparently suggests I'll be happy enough.

Smart bloke is Alex I recon.

What has he found, what does he think and what does he understand that the market don't and can he explain it in a way that ordinary investors can understand over the next few months?

Before it gets to 50p, it's got to get to 5p and hold it.

Personally I have no idea how to value this anymore.

I'm still here because I think that up is the answer. Just no idea when or to what level, which is frustrating.

Happy new year, particularly to all those here on the fundamentals.

2024 was a positive year in my eyes and at least the share price somewhat responded, turning a corner.

Hopefully by the end of the year we'll see further decent progress, both in terms of what the company has achieved and in valuation but as I have stated before I do believe that patience is still required.
