I work in the media industry and they have filled roles already, Head of sales from Unilad has just started as head of strategic partnerships, just seen on linkedin.

They're not hanging around! They will already have contacts at brands and already would have had conversations with brands.

A strong strategic partnership could be in the pipeline.

So lots of options to find a way out
