The Ministry cites the non-performance of obligations, specifically the requirement to drill a well in accordance with the stipulated procedure. Red Emperor notes that this obligation has been acknowledged by its Joint Venture partner, Range Resources Limited, both internally within JV correspondence as well as publicly."

Building on the outstanding TE-6 and TE-7 well results in 2016 and 2017, the Company is progressing with the development of its existing discovery. As outlined in our recent resource certification, the discovery has a gross (100%) mid-case unrisked gas originally in place ("GOIP") of 651 Bcf with an 873 Bcf upside case and a 349 Bcf downside case. The Company intends to sign a Gas Sales Agreement, secure development funding and apply for a concession, all during 2018.

Serica obtained a one-year extension to the first renewal period of the licence running until the end of 2019. This licence period does not include a commitment to drill a well. The excellent 3D seismic data acquired in a major seismic programme operated by Serica has identified giant carbonate prospects as well as large Cretaceous fan prospects supported by seismic anomalies. Regional studies have shown that the location of the licence in the Luderitz basin is ideally placed for source rock maturity. Exploration activity has increased in the region, with exploration wells being drilled in the near term and an increase in M&A activity. Serica is seeking partners to participate in a further exploration and has secured the services of a specialist A&D company to assist in marketing these opportunities.

the Board views the initial results of the analysis of core samples taken from its first exploratory well - Well No 1, as being promising and considers that these results provide indications of a potentially significant discovery. The analysis of the core samples taken from 950 to 1,500 meters of Well No 1 shows that in nine horizons there are shows of hydrocarbons with good porosity, with total net pay of 154 meters.

With there being a number of alleged farm in parties for Chariot, will the unsuccessful ones then want to get involved with GBP ?
