Depositary Interests. Accordingly, Computershare Investor Services shall cease to act as depositary from the close of
business on the Effective Date, this being 27 May 2019. On the Effective Date the Depositary Interests facility shall terminate
and the Depositary Interests will be cancelled in accordance with the terms of the Deed.
As a result the Company’s Depositary Interests will no longer be held in CREST and we will no longer be able to hold them
within our service. We will arrange to withdraw your holding into your own name on or around 13 May 2019. If you hold the
shares within an ISA they will be removed from the tax wrapper unless you make alternative arrangements prior to this date.
If you hold your shares in a SIPP or a CTF account we are not permitted to transfer your holding into your own name and will
therefore hold the underlying Shares residually (outside of CREST) on your behalf.

The subject matter said Corporate action Notification: - Frontera Resources - I did not include that part of the letter because it included personal details. My ISA provider made the error in the comments. I have emailed them to confirm.

Just been advised by my ISA provider that the FRR shares I held in my ISA will no longer be looked after by Crest and they'll be in the post next month. Not at all surprised as was expecting it.
