Expected retrace so far today. Could bounce back. I wonder if people selling to re buy later realise they have to pay commission on this. It is not AIM

Absolutely Bass and if you read Shishir's tweets and the companies' RNS etc, then graphite seems to be their main interest. I too had experience with companies like VRS etc who promised the earth but didn't deliver. Shishir's interviews makes him out to be really sincere and honest and that's what got me here. A bit like CH at ZPHR

Application for share trading on the OTCQX Market



Tirupati Graphite plc, the fully integrated, revenue generative, specialist graphite producer and graphene and advanced materials developer with operations in Madagascar and India, is pleased to announce that it has filed an application to the OTC Markets Group for the Company's shares to be cross traded publicly on the OTCQX Market ('OTCQX'), which would make Tirupati's shares more widely available to North American investors. Tirupati has engaged the corporate securities law firm of Galanopoulos & Company to act as its OTC Markets Sponsor in connection with the onboarding.

Not only Investec but another TR1 later with Schroders plc holding 9.343 per cent. Wonder if these institutions bought their shares during the placing and that is why it's showing up now.

It was the original Shishir interview on LSE that got me into this share.

I tend to ignore the "RNS is coming" threats as there is normally one everyday and the day that the RNS actually falls, then it will put a smile on someones face.

Does the bit about AIM mean that they will no longer be an AIM company or just a change from an investment to a trading company but still remain on AIM ?

The Acquisition constitutes a reverse takeover for the purposes of Rule 14 of the AIM Rules for Companies. As a result, the Acquisition requires to be approved by Kistos shareholders by way of an ordinary resolution at a general meeting of the Company to be held as a remote meeting only at 11.00 a.m. on 14 May 2021.



Upon completion of the Acquisition, the Company expects to cease to be an investing company under the AIM Rules for Companies and instead become a trading company. The Directors confirm that they will continue to seek complementary asset and business acquisitions with a role in energy transition and which support the low carbon agenda.

Cant really compare this with VRS. Plus look at the VRS SP now.

Thanks duster and that is what I thought. I'm happy that I got what I asked so let's move forward from here. Will be interested in how the SP performs tomorrow, will it drop to 155p or will it go above the 167p it closed at prior to suspension.

Kistos is pleased to announce the results of the Equity Financing announced earlier today (the "Launch Announcement") in connection with the proposed acquisition of the entire issued and outstanding share capital of Tulip Oil Netherlands B.V..

The Company has conditionally raised gross proceeds of £52.5 million through the issue of 33,870,968 New Ordinary Shares at 155 pence per share, pursuant to the Equity Financing, comprising:

· the Placing, which has conditionally raised gross proceeds of £48.83 million through the issue of 31,502,051 Placing Shares at the Issue Price;

· the Subscription, which has conditionally raised gross proceeds of £2.58 million through the issue of 1,664,516 Subscription Shares at the Issue Price; and

· the PrimaryBid Offer, which has conditionally raised £1.09 million through the issue of 704,401 PrimaryBid Shares at the Issue Price.

So I get who has bought via the Primary Bid (me included), but I'm a bit confused about the placing and the subscription shares, who and how would I have bought these ? Excuse my ignorance on these matters.
