Something very dodgy going on here premier in sharjah website still states its not open contrary to ahcg saying its open? They are not being honest. The new CFO seems to be a nobody they picked up from a mediocre......... things don't add up sell now when theirs still some value left! I'm very disappointed with this company I've slowly completely sold out.

Yes I agree ironfish I think cause they are looking for a new CFO hence the delay which I can forgive considering the amount of work the board has with incorporating new hotels into the numbers. All signs are positive should be a strong set of results.
Just checked as stated by ahcg results should come out either this week or early next cause ahcg stated last release results will come out in April.
Check the institutional holders I think there's a new one or a old one has added not sure recently. Either way I agree strong sentiment on ahcg by ii's.
They did say April in last release I think, apart from the numbers it'll be important to look for news of new CFO & official opening of premier inn sharjah. I'm very optimistic i'm hoping to see the share price exceeds 80p.
I'm guessing that 100k was a buy not a sale as usual. Most probably Henderson topping up, very close to release date now.
Soft opening still? Premier inn must be meticulous. If lady Sheldon is confirming action group hasn't been releasing shares I guess you where right ironfish about the market maker manipulation. They try to tree shake shareholders out before they push the sp up, sudden drop in prices scares some in to selling and for others it hit their stop losses. When you got a solid investment such as ahcg you just need to wait it out. For me I'm gona hold this out until 2017 at the least when the pipeline should fully execute. The one to watch for in the near future is ibis Brisbane Elizabeth street. That hotel is in a prime location, which will most definitely always be fully booked out and the rates per rooms are high it'll add a massive revenue injection. Well this April release is very soon should be very interesting. Considering the performance of allot of aim shares ironfish I think this has still performed well relatively.
The institutions are coming to realise how much of a bargain this is & they are moving in strongly. Been Chatting to some estate agents in Dubai with knowledge of ahcg freehold property, take it from me were gona see a very strong rarating of ahcgs net asset value on the balance sheet (double up). This was a no brainer investment from day one. Any news from lady Sheldon ironfish?

Great post ironfish additionally I'll like to add GDP expected to increase 4.8% in the middle east GCC area. As you mentioned ironfish Actions Hotels has a strong business traveller clientele I would also like to point out western holiday makers are rapidly increasing in the middle east as holiday packages become more affordable and ahcg hotels such as the ibis will facilitate this strong growth. Overall growth prospects for ahcg are massive I think ahcg will smash the £2.9mn profit tarket for 2015, I think the figure will be more near £5mn (operating profit).
Ironfish they are definitely not share dilutions as we have not been told of a change in total voting rights rather they are dark trades purchased through dark pools or where action group has sold some shares to the institution directly. Henderson Global Investors Ltd bought sometime in the last 2 weeks. You can check data on institutions holding ahcg on ft.com, search ahcg then business profile. Hold steady this will pay off, patience Is required.
New institutional investor Henderson Global Investors Ltd buys 1.63mn Action Hotel shares. Looks like the big boys are topped up before April. This is again re-assuring, as we know when the big boys buy in they buy cheap which drops the price. They will push this price up hard when time comes when they want a return. To date we now have 8 institutions holding ahcg.
Looks like the price is slowly moving up at last.
Hi mate hope all is well apologies for late post. The info about ahcg releasing shares from the market is based on my own research but I summised it from the following; action group own 65% of ahcg and as institutions own just under 30% of ahcg with some having "options" to purchase at a set price agreed at float as detailed on ahcg prospectus, I assumed for institutions to increase holding by about 5nillion shares action group would had too release some shares. This is my theory but it is seems most plausible. Info on pipeline, as you know ibis seef is running well with ok occupancy levels. Premier inn sharjah has opened as what they call a soft opening but not officially opened. Premier sharjah is off target open date but should open I hope end off Feb. I will be contacting kate Sheldon to enquire about this. Share price will rise once we are re-rated in april . Good thing is Im seeing more volume traded. I'm might be increasing my holding soon waiting to sell some other investments first.

I been keeping a eye on all ahcg owned hotels via trip advisor and I'm pleased to report things are looking very impressive. Over the past couple of years most trip advisor have on average been 4 stars and with the last in particular there's more 5 stars reviews than not. Trip advisor has also a feature that shows rooms rates are increasing on hotels owned by ahcg e.g. ibis glen Waverly's ADR has strongly increased over the past 19 weeks. Trip reviews are also a good barometer of occupancy levels, with a rule of thumb being out of every 50 guests one leaves a review on trip advisor. Using this though unscientific measure occupancy levels are look ing very good. I'm predicting strong numbers in April's release. Good luck all.
