Hbr has no profit and will not have a prifit till 2028 or later.it doesnt matter how large it is.all profit goes to gov. And it cant grow but can shrink

Because of abusive taxation by uk gov.TLW has more profit than hbr.You still can sell hbr and buy tlw.both are cheap.for now

Personally i think that most money on the market today are invested by AI. That is the only explanation of lack of logic in it.People crowd is stupid but what we can see now is way more nuts than before. Markets believe in EV-which no one want to buy,in CO2 emmision, in bitcoin or other worthless crap. It must end in disaster. No one care about depleting oil resources, post vax effect which is more and more visible.

If oil hits 60 than tax nightmare might end.if it goes to 40 it is even better. more after tax profit because gov.must end tax robbery.HBR bought all north sea assets from companies that probably knew about new tax. probably before this tax end HBR will have to sell north sea assets back to them or HBR will be bought for cheap.
