See the RNS March 2018. However the INDV fall has been exaggerated and if you look at their statement they seem very confident in the outcome. We still have the “discovery” so it should not be to hard to find another partner in the unlikelihood they pull out. C4XD look very cheap to me, we have had the forced seller, scared punters, and bored investors, an RNS would see this shoot up as the market is quite tight. As usual IMO.

INDV - We are extremely disappointed in this action by the Justice Department, which is wholly unsupported by either the facts or the law. Key allegations made by the Justice Department are contradicted by the government's own scientific agencies, they are almost exclusively based on years-old events from before Indivior became an independent company in 2014, and they are wrong. The department has apparently decided it would rather pursue self-serving headlines on a matter of national significance than achieve an appropriate resolution, but we will contest this case vigorously and we look forward to the full facts coming out in court.

The drop in price of C4XD has been overdone, especially looking at it's other prospects, all IMO.

it's rumoured Blackrock, dumped its holding of 68 million shares in MTL last week at a silly price, so could be a new policy thing, whatever way the shares are being bought up at this low price.

I think you are right re Lithium and Cannabis but I am NOT touching anything that involves DL as a director as he cannot be trusted, but good luck in your investments.
