Botswana License Extensions

Arc Minerals (LSE: ARCM), an exploration company forging partnerships to discover and develop Tier 1 copper deposits,is pleased to announce that, further to its announcement of 2 May 2024, the Company has received notification of the extension of both of its prospecting licensesat its Virgo Project. These licences are located within the highly prospective Central Structural Corridor of the Kalahari Copper Belt ('KCB') in the Republic of Botswana.

Prospecting licenses 135/2017 and 162/2017 have been extended for an additional two years until 30 September 2026 in accordance with the notification received from the Department of Mines in Gaborone, Botswana.

Arc Minerals (LSE: ARCM) is pleased to announce that, further to its announcement of 2 May 2024 and following the completion of an extensive ground mapping exercise over its Zambian tenements, the Anglo American/Arc joint venture has commenced drilling. A number of holes are planned at Cheyeza following which the Muswema target will be drilled.

Further details on the drilling programme will be announced as the drilling progresses.

It might slip further but I doubt we will see a crash in Uranium price, with the current 20% discount I can't YCA slipping anymore than 10% from here.

August and utility contract filling season is just around the corner.

ARCM has:

A JV with Anglo American worth up to $88.5 million covering some of the most prospective copper licences on Earth.

Further drilling at this JV is set to commence imminently.

Exceptionally prospective licences in Botswana where drilling is already underway.

Financing to last for the next three years without needing to go to the market.

A management team chaired by a former senior executive at Anglo American.

Years of exploration not priced into the market cap.

Operations across Zambia and Botswana which are becoming ever more favourable jurisdictions.

A share price on the floor that does not reflect the upside potential.

And a shedload of assays to land over the next few months.

Arc Minerals is ridiculously undervalued.

Money held in ISAs is not exempt from Inheritance Tax.

There is always the caveat,, unless you have nothing better to be doing.

These days I have plenty of better things to be doing than trading.

Buy, hold and sitting over 100% up with little 'work' after doing the initial research.

Geez Alien Metals, which was Arian Silver who screwed their investors over and lost San Jose Mine which has has since become very profitable.

It's not worth trading Uranium.

i sold a chunk of these at £7.70 and just bought them back for less than my target buyback of £5.

seems like the gold and silver markets are breaking out of resistance, central banks are still loading up on gold the world is still a **** show.

this seems like a safe place to put some money for now.

'People' paying tax bills will make no difference to the spot price.
