Bet you wish you never ever heard of LC or Kibo, or if you’re happy with what LC has done and subsequently happy with what you’ve done buying all those worthless shares then omg you need help.

As a researched investor my research tells me that the next news will be a placing at a lower level than the previous one.

My research is that this will drift down to an all time low.

Laguna’s research is the complete opposite but with the same substance. Wait for the agenda posting, non-holding waffle reply from our ‘well researched’ primed TR1 holder who chairs the club.

LC has a flavour for these and there are many many to come and at a lower level than this.

LC doesn’t care at what level and shareholder destruction as long as he achieves his wages.

It’s a rough ride at the moment.

That £2 offer seems more and more attractive now.

I’m after a lot more than that in the mid term but for closure and for all the uncertainty in the world, particularly in Senior’s core markets, maybe just maybe not accepting the offer wasn’t in the best interest of the shareholders.

Maybe someone from the ‘I heart LC’ club can tell you that your investment in Kibo was not the worst decision you will ever make in your life.

In response to your last email....absolutely agree but these aren’t your standard third party arm’s length commercial transactions. If they were there is zero chance of this happening. Dodgy all the way to the bank.

LC was doing this years ago when the SP was 20 times higher. What are you getting at?

It means nothing and imo these so called contractors are mates and the fees are overinflated to account for any loss from selling the in lieu shares.

Where is this going in the short term?

These are the expensive services I alluded to yesterday.

Fomo is going to wipe out what is left of my investment.

LC is rinsing Kibo and killing shareholder value.

Imo there is nothing LC has done to the benefit of shareholders throughout his tenure. The latest move to not participate in the Kat placing (or was it Kibo from that joke of an rns) thus diluting Kibo’s interest in Kat by circa 5% needs to be explained by LC. But he won’t. Money comes easy to LC when salaries need paying so same is true for other spends.

Now will LC use those funds not spent on buying Kat shares to increase the value in Kibo - highly unlikely. Paying bod wages does not increase value - only LCs pocket.

LC does not have experience in Kibo’s current strategy, he’s learning on the job, bringing in others for expensive guidance which will cost shareholders heavily as things inevitably don’t progress as LTHs hope.

LC has used the global pandemic as an excuse to hide from the media, refuse to answer questions and all the time taking the same pay - covid was/is the perfect play for him and his personal wealth. I’m ashamed to even know his name. But he isn’t the only one, just the one I know.

Rant over and you can take it or leave it I’m not bothered either way.

I guess the recent Kibo placing funds are wholly ring fenced for BOD salaries. Absolute joke company.
