Ok you tell me where the majority of these placing proceeds will be spent and where the sp will be once those are gone in circa 12 months and let’s see if you are right joker.

The answers are 1. Salaries and 2. Below the current sp.

Kibo was desperate for this placing to happen as cash is depleted on salaries, worrying times, and at this placing price LC must have thought the sp won’t go higher near term based on status of projects otherwise he’d have waited.

That tells you all you need to know about where the projects are and Kibo’s cash position.

It’s hard to find positives from LCs actions both past and impending that will turn the tide. The sp spends most of the time either going laterally or downwards and LC decides to pull a placing at rock bottom prices!!! Who is that benefitting? Certainly not the shareholders. Is now really the time for that - are they that desperate for working capital?

You can almost guarantee that nothing will happen here for sometime due to this bucket shop placing, or even ever which is imo.

If something was on the horizon why would idiot LC do a placing now and for a small amount, desperate for cash it seems - those draining salaries are killing progress. Those proceeds are going straight into the payroll bank account.

And remember zero paye/NI is being paid on their salaries to the UK Government. Remind yourself of that when your payslip arrives.

And did they take a pay cut during covid.....absolutely not.

LC is at the renewables party way too late, only here because he screwed up on past projects and this is now a right dog’s dinner of a share i.e. there’s no longer any multi bagger potential.

There are no revenue numbers from the new strategy and vision that will turn a profit and I mean a P&L net profit.

Ok so our illustrious leader is moving Kibo away from the flagship coal project and over to renewable energy.

LC has conceded that the MCPP is unlikely to happen, probably as he has realised it is outside of his and the BoDs skillset to take it any further. So we are going from something that could have made Kibo a packet if it came good and THAT was the high risk reason for investing, to something that will make Kibo a poxy amount of money from small generators at some point in the future.

How on earth is Kibo ever going to be valued at a sum anywhere near what we all hoped it would be valued at under the MCPP play with the current strategy and vision?

The answer to that is it won’t be.

Drill down into that net profit stream number. What’s in it. I doubt there’s any administrative expenses. All this for that poxy number. And don’t get me started on the Q2 2022 timeline as I can tell you now that won’t be met.
