Tomorrow is the last trading day to buy, or sell, before the 2013 results which are due on Monday. I am looking forward to the update more than the results, which are more or less known already.

The MM's are playing games with the share trade reporting data. they have cancelled the 2 million sell of yesterday, then put it through again today as a new sell. This makes it look like two sells of 2 million have been made over two days, for those who do not have the trade cancel info. This is blatant manipulation. The stock exchange should be hauling them over the coals, but they won't.

FML's original plan was to use the AIM listing to show a demand for shares as they quickly ramped up production. The resulting high SP would then encourage buyout bids for the company & it would show them a massive profit over a short period of time. Unfortunately things did not go as planned. The main aim is still the same, show a profitable business, get a good bid & sell up. They need to keep the AIM listing & the PI's to show a potential market value for the company. 2013 results & the important update this coming Monday.

Yes, what appears to be a late reported sell. I cannot explain this. No news to go on. FML are in a stronger position than they have ever been. Benkala, by the end of last year was producing more than enough copper to cover all operating & fixed costs. they are now generating cash. The fact remains that after the large sell transaction, you could still sell more shares than you could buy & that, given the large sell, is not normal. I still suspect suspicious MM dealing between themselves, to try & create fear & a stampede of selling. I will hold for the update.

Despite heavy buying, the MM's have bombed the SP They are hoping this will scare the peeps into selling. It is easy to check their antics by submitting some buy & sell orders. this reveals, you can sell many more shares than you can buy. They are short of stock. Tense times. Only four more trading days before the results & the all important update.

The MM's have lots of tricks. They will work together & do trades between themselves, to make it look like someone is offloading. Still eight trading days to go. It may continue.

Would your friend be the the chap with restricted vision? I see the MM's are trying to instigate a stampede for the exit, with a 1,200,000 sell. Someone must need a lot of stock, but at fire sale prices.

777. Yes it is me. Now holding 8.58 million. Expect more dirty tricks from the MM's in the run up to the results & update.

It's an old MM's trick to make people think there are large sells taking place. This is to scare people into offloading their shares. They make it look like a mistake. In actual fact, it's manipulation.

I see the Market makers are up to their tricks & trying to muddy the waters with the trade reporting data.

As expected there is volatility in FML shares & not a small amount of market maker manipulation. This has the effect of scaring holders to consider selling I think we can expect this to increase the closer we get to the expected RNS on 30th June. I am not affected by this tree shaking & look forward to the update that will accompany the results.

Yes, last years results are already known to a great extent. I want to know that the asset sale went through ok & they have paid off all the high interest smaller loans they had. I feel sure the update will be positive. They have already stated that Benkala operations are cash positive. If production continues to improve, the SP can only follow. The SP only values the company at £20million, which I think is well undervalued.

Only 12 more trading days before we get an update with last years results due out on Monday 30th June. This should give the SP a boost.

By my calculations ( which may be wrong), it should take around two months to stack each pad to six metres. Pads 4,5 & 6 should be fully stacked by the end of October, so giving time to saturate them & get PLS prior to winter. There has been no mention of Pads 1 & 2 from the company. As I mentioned before, management stated they had been re-mined. No mention was made of what happened to the re-mined agglomerate, i assume it would be mixed with fresh agglomerate & used in Pad 3. I seem to recall, that unsuitable Pad lining stone was used in Pads 1 & 2, so I presume they will be rebuilt & re-stacked. Does anyone know what the current situation is with the first two pads?

I have been looking carefully at the Benkala photos & since August, Pad 3 has been stacked to at least 4 to 6 metres high. Photo 124 shows Pad 3 fully stacked & it looks high to me. It should be producing excellent PLS. Close to 1,000 tons in the first half for me. If not there is something not quite right.

Also interesting to see in that link I posted, talk of a Pad 7 for 2014. The only mention I have seen of this pad. I wonder what the eventual total number of Pads will be?

777. I was basing my estimates on the following. According to Psyclops who spoke to the directors last September, both Pads 1 & 2 had been re-mined. I am not sure if the resulting improved agglomerate was replaced on the same pads, or used in Pad 3. Pad 3 has been stacked to 6 metres, which exceeds the original ore stacked in both Pads 1 & 2 & being of a superior nature, should yield more leach solution than the first two Pads. At the AGM mid December, I asked what the current daily copper production was & the figure of 5 tons was given. I realise that this figure would have declined during Jan, Feb & March, but should have improved greatly during May & June, given the excellent weather. I am still looking for a figure closer to 1,000 tons, rather than 466 tons to end of June. However, only around a month to wait. Perhaps just once results will exceed expectations. We shall see.

Some information has come my way re FML shareholdings. As at 1st October 2013, there were 517,469,557 share in free float. The one thing that surprised me was, there was only a total of 498 shareholders in FML.

777. I would be very disappointed to only see around 500 tons for the first half. They managed to produce around 460 tons in last years first half & that was with no production for at least the first three months of the year. They will have some explaining to do, if this years first half is nearly as low, given that they are producing since January 1st.
