I just don't understand why they would want to have a member from Peterhouse on the bod if there wasn't some kind of interest here. Company has agreed that Peterhouse has the right to appoint up to one new director to the Board of Nyota, subject to the Company's AIM Nominated Adviser's approval.

Camkite I have been in Mcc and I am invested in Uru and have to say Zorbas is one of the worst Ceos I know, doesn't communicate with shareholders at all can't even be bothered to update the shareholders register at Uru, however Uru does have a fantastic resource which could become one of the 10th biggest Nickel mines in the world. Just for a bit of balance each company is a totally different entity now. Well done all here who have stayed the distance what a cracking trade it has been.

The Board of Mercom notes the recent share price movement and wishes to confirm that, since the appointment of the new Board on 23 December 2016, it continues to intend to convene a General Meeting as soon as possible for shareholders to approve the new investment strategy and the change of name to Monchhichi plc. Further information on the Board's plans will be provided in the General Meeting Circular. The Board also continues to review its equity funding options including the previously announced potential issue of 10 million new ordinary shares at 30p per share (although there can be no certainty that these options will be finalised and supported by proposed new investors). The Board also notes that at the interim period end of 30 September 2016 the Company had (unaudited) net assets of approximately £1.4m.
