Lordbryon not short by any chance are you? They could pay back PH tomorrow with the cash they have. Plenty of the shareholders would be happy to have an open offer or perhaps they can go down the teathers app route, stop scaremongering. Do you you honestly believe PH would of gone through all this trouble to try and get a board member instated if they didn't have an asset lined up? I am sure anyone who has a decent asset will happily pay off the loan.
