The way I see it the cln holder wants paying he has them by the balls. He either converts and gets warrants or they pay up the 300k. I can't see Ebioss wanting to be diluted so they will have to buy more shares if he converts. Maybe they are waiting until the loan from BTC comes in, but they can't stop him from converting and I think he will at around 0.40. At some point he will go long and will need volume to sell into like you say its a game of chicken. My worry is Ebioss will just buy up all the stock and take it private I hope that is not what is going to happen.
