Punter Putin isn't going for a cease fire which allows Ukraine to regroup, he is going for full peace talks face to face. If Zelensky has the balls to meet him this could go straight to the war ending with no need for a cease fire. As for Stamer and the EU threatening its a joke. The only people sanctions hurt is the West Putin has found ways around sanctions and with his billions of pounds worth of deals with China he isn't going to be pressured.

The Board of the Company currently has limited authority to allot new Ordinary Shares and to grant rights to subscribe for or convert securities into new Ordinary Shares. As such, the issue of the Loan Notes and grant of the Warrants is conditional on approval of certain resolutions at a general meeting of the Company (the "General Meeting") to be held on 12 May 2025. A circular containing a notice convening the General Meeting is expected to be sent to shareholders shortly and a further announcement will be made by the Company to confirm this.

The first Draw Down is expected to take place immediately following the General Meeting.

The Ukrainian government has approved the decisions necessary to sign an agreement with the United States to establish a reconstruction fund.

Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal outlined the key principles of the agreement:

🔴The fund will be created on a 50/50 basis, with both parties having equal voting rights;

🔴Ukraine retains full control over its mineral resources, infrastructure, and natural assets;

🔴The agreement includes no debt obligations;

🔴The fund will invest in projects and ensure commercial product procurement on a “take or pay” basis;

🔴The agreement will not hinder Ukraine’s path to EU membership;

🔴The fund will be financed by contributions from both Washington and Kyiv, and all profits will be reinvested exclusively in Ukraine.

The Company has continued production at Baita Plai whilst continuing drilling and reprofiling the underground asset. The Company has also at the same time entered into joint venture discussions and due diligence processes with other mining companies regarding third party investment into Baita Plai.

The cost cutting measures coupled with the temporary reduction in production following the corporate reorganisation, as set out in the Company's announcement of 21 October 2024, are expected to benefit future operations once the proceeds from the disposal of the recently released historical diamond parcel (announced earlier today) are realised, debt is extinguished, and financing has been finalised. In addition to this, these measures have given the Company a fresh approach to management and a longer-term strategy for developing the Baita Plai asset.

Despite the long and difficult processes that the Company and shareholders have had to endure, the individual parcels remained untouched for over 15 years. A valuation estimate will be provided in due course following the completion of the cleaning and re-sorting process which will enable an accurate assessment of the carat value of the diamonds to be made and which is not possible in their current condition. Notwithstanding this, initial inspection of the contents of the parcels has exceeded expectations of the Company's management.
