For the lazy here and I know there are a few lol
1 What is the progress on Dunrobin?
We have a 32% share in Dunrobin, estimated 100million pounds resource, Final step good grounds for optimism like Chuditch seeing a step change in size, we have a good relationship with our partners in Dunrobin, meeting with them regularly, crunch meeting to discuss revised risks and resources that we are seeing in the new information, expect to be involved in a JV campaign next year, might be internal funding for it not sure yet, good tax breaks if you are lucky enough to be paying windfall taxes.
2 Does the gas numbers that we have reported include the Co2 component?
The resource number shown is net of Co2.
3. How much more data needs to be done on Chuditch?
Working hard on data lot of time and effort and money to cover a large resource, real step change in our understanding, we are doing it in a diligent way, we have a lot of confidence in the numbers we are presenting but they will change due to data that is not in the 3d and the feedback expected from the Erce.
4. Is the weather an issue?
Great question yes, it is a consideration but its not a serious consideration. Weather is the worst at the beginning of the Year, Shell drilled at the end of the year in a short time.
5. Why did Shell give up the Chuditch asset?
25years ago there was not the gas market we have today, they weren’t targeting gas it was oil, no pipelines in place, oil price crash and gas was a failure at that time, but gas is very favourable now we are in a highly advantageous position, our good luck is Shell have already spent a lot of cash on the 2d etc
6. Has there been any signs of oil?
Short answer is no which makes its simpler for us that it is just a pure gas play.
7. Do any of our prospects cross over into block P or into the Santos licence or the boundaries of Australia?
No but this means we do not have the complications that Sunrise has.
8. How supportive are the government?
Firstly, our relationship with the government is very good, we have frequent meetings with them and they are extremely supportive, they appreciate the technical quality of work we are doing, they are very focused on Sunrise and bringing revenues to their country, it gets lots of media attention, they know time is running out with Bayu coming off line, we talk to them about Chuditch and have they have seen all the data, our assets could be developed before Sunrise and this would assist them with short term cash flow that they need.
9. Can you comment on the types of parties in the data room?
Obviously, I can’t say too much on this, but we are getting attention and interest from many different companies, utilities and financial institutions, can’t guarantee where anything will go but there is a lot of interest particularly from Asia.
