Does anyone know why I can't buy these shares on trade212?
Thanks
Ha, you don't even have to be negative, you can be completely neutral, well I'm not neutral this is my biggest investment and I'm feeling reasonably confident and bullish about it. But still being accused of being a troll.
I am in no way qualified to offer an informed view on what's happening. Just wanted to see if anyone could help me out and point out any holes in my thought process.
So am I following a reasonably logical train of thought, when I say:
Lockdown is obviously good for online sales.
However this new virulent strain, means even more bull**** before we are out the other side.
This share is obviously cheap, but perhaps because of the for and against, it might just not make any dramatic moves now?
What I'm thinking is some shares might take a beating next week. Maybe if I sell a third of my boohoo, keep the rest in long, then see if there are any bargains to be had.
Does that make sense, or am I making a school boy error? It seems whenever I start trying to be clever is when I fall flat on my face! Ha
Any advice, much appreciated
Darren
Thanks for the recommendations I will be sure to have a butcher's. TUI I have been in already and ended up all battered and bruised! It shot up to £6 I made a lot of money (well for me), sold at the right time, then when it dropped down to £4 I naively thought it would do the same again, pulled all of my money out of some great investments and stuck it all in to watch in horror as it just kept going down, nightmare! Some of the ones I pulled out of are up a huge amount now! So I lost and then lost more, Pinterest especially, ha makes me feel sick to think of it, nevermind a lesson learned!
Thanks Bobby
Yes they do look interesting and a direction I haven't even thought about before. I know a lot of these fossil fuel companies are going to be relying on the whole carbon capture. I wonder though what companies are making the carbon capture technology? Would that be worth looking up?
£6 sounds great, but to be honest if it takes 5 years I would rather have a punt elsewhere
I know this share price is going to rise, I'm hoping for about 25% around April/May. But not sure what to do after that? Go elsewhere or stick around? I have only just started playing about with shares, has anyone got any good suggestions for other interesting companies? This is the only AIM company I'm in at the moment.
Much appreciated
