Patents are often contested, In fact they are always contested. They dropped cases against patent infringement last year. Infringement will be like 100's of millions $. I assume a patent negotiation is like a sharing of cost. In fact you could argue that the patent is the negotiation.

I thought the podcast was interesting and concise. No offence to Lars but I struggle to hear what he is saying maybe it;s the Scandavian intonation. It was very clear.
