The back log was 132% up in December.

In the first half of FY26 we made solid progress focusing on operations and execution. While the 9% revenue increase shows steady growth the real story lies in the 31% surge in bookings and our significant A$2.8m order backlog which we are currently delivering. This is a clear signal that we are experiencing strong market pull.

I think DH holding draws a line under further dilution. This always drew my attention.

They are playing the long game. We are very fortunate to be in at this level. I do wonder what is the exit plan of our major shareholders. They do have one.

I think timing is crucial. Maybe they are negotiating an equity stake. Maybe that is what they have been doing the last 2 years.

You should note CPX still haven't employed a CFO. Why is that?

Capvis have an exit plan for Schurter. The IPO will be soon in my opinion, maybe the next 2 years.

I read that Capvis buys companies for around 300 million and then adds value then IPO/Exit. I guess CPX would be the added value. Its just speculation on my part. I don't think GC and DH are here to be diluted. I struggle to believe they took nearly 30% before a future capital raise. Don't make sense.
