I joined late here with the little funds I had left from Aptamer after they screwed the shareholders over.

Also added some more cash into my ISA but kinda need to get that back out soon, so will be hoping to sell a few at 8-10p and let the rest ride.

This years been extremely rocky with big ups and huge downs for me. Still sitting in TRAF until it's out of suspension and that could go either way ...

So the three of us have about 3% of the current shares...

If we keep shares and they are worth 5x current so 0.3 ish, I would sell 2.2mil and keep 1mil to roll

I'm holding 3,294,695 at an average of 0.06p so about £2k worth if I break even.

But due to some massive losses this year I could really use 5-10x this. Would be happy at 2-3x but crossing fingers for more.

If the Reverse take over happens I feel we should at least cover the current price.

It could be reasonably more, but if depends on dilution.

I think 0.1-0.2 has a good chance, as makes the current shares still worth less than the cost of listing a new company on the markets.

My dream world would be over 0.6 but that's extremely unlikely in my opinion.

Knowing my luck it will all fail ... so I hope others here are more lucky to counteract that.

We still have until next Wednesday before the end of July, so could be anytime until then.

Even if the timings not correct and we don't hear no one here can do anything about it, as the shares suspended currently.

Just hope that whenever we get new it's positive and all the holders here get at least the current 0.065p per share, or substantially more.

I'd love to see 0.1 or 0.2p per share, I'm dreaming of higher 😂

You are a very hopeful Gecko.

The current share price is already heavily discounted in anticipation of a raise and it's highly unlikely to see another 50% drop.

They are doing all they can to stabilise and get the deals done to prevent a raise being required.

If there's the need for cash they will do it as high as possible, but there's also the chance it won't be needed at all and this will rocket on that news as the risk is reduced drastically then.

I would suggest you close your short position as this won't be under 0.5 anytime soon and when it recovers back to 1p+ you're going to be hurting.

I think I tried to look into what could happen if a reverse takeover happened, and there's a few possible outcomes.

1. It may not happen and we all lose everything as the company wraps up (with my luck this will be it)

2. We continue to hold shares but there's significant dilution as new shares are issued to give a large majority to the new owners. (This in turn should increase the market cap though, so the shares could be worth about the same or a bit more)

3. We are effectively brought out and paid for our shares (this could be any value really, it may be good or bad, but considering the very low Mcap I would hope at least 2-4x current value)

There may also be other outcomes I am not sure.

I'm hoping it goes ahead, and tbh would be fine with being paid 2x current price, anything higher would be great.

Why has the share not been suspended until the result of the vote?

In other companies where a delisting is a potential outcome of things when the information leaks into public domain or is announced in an RNS I have seen the shares suspended until it's resolved.

Why would this not happen here?

Not holding here, was tempted to buy in at 2.5 for a dead dog bounce but didn't.

Actually looking again now I'm more awake the site is misleading as it states GBP as the currency, but a start price of 0.7, going to the 180, 26000%.

This is actually all in Pence, not pounds.

Do they are targeting £1.80 not £180.

This is much more reasonable, although still a very high target.

It will be good to see a gradual rise to 1p, 2p, 4p, 6p and 10p one the next few months as long as the news stays positive.

It may go higher, but those would be good points to pass.

Even at 10p the Mcap is below £50m which is still very small.

I agree, all the recent news and RNS details are positive and this really looks undervalued now.

I just don't understand the current SP not increasing at a steady rate.

It's had a bad year though so I guess it takes a while to rebuild sentiment. Great time to top up though.

A good RNS stating low cash burn and a few more deals and this could easily bag a few times.

£800k is still above the Mcap atm.

This deal looks interesting and potentially promising especially due to the loan that's already been done.

Currently we have 401m shares at 0.0645p each which is just under £260k value.

Let's face it that's very low and cheaper than the cost to add a new listing in the market, which is probably why the RTO is undergoing talks.

From the post the other day the ESports company was brought out for around £12m from its parent company. And have already provided a no strings loan equivalent to our pre suspension Mcap.

I'm not 100% sure on how RTO's work but have checked a couple of sources and these are worth a read;

The second link suggests that current shareholders will just be paid out from the agreed value of the takeover, which could mean hardly any rise, and just getting 0.0645p a share, or they could pay a premium and we may get a little more.

Other bits in these suggest that the private company will take majority ownership and shareholders will continue to own shares at a lower % ownership, I believe this would mean the number of shares would increase substantially (let's say they issue 1600m to the RTO, and therefore the current 400m are worth 20% of the new business.

If the new business is worth £12m that would value the 20% at £2.4m which is nearly 10x the current Mcap.

I don't think this will happen, but I do think if the deal goes ahead we will either be paid or have share worth between 2 and 5 times the suspended price.

If we have shares in the new business they could see a good rise afterwards as well.

If not I may buy some back anyway...

It's also interesting to see that an RTO is often used to be quicker to listing a company rather than the usual IPO process, and is more likely when the private company doesn't need to raise cash.

So it could be done in 30days... although I think 3 months would be good tbh.

Well it's a step in the right direction.

They are still being very clear in the RNS that it's not guaranteed, but the actual news shows commitment which is good.

Hopefully they will continue to update regularly with news when things happen.

E-Sports are have been gaining popularity and growing a lot over the past few years.

This could present a very interesting opportunity here.

Still cautious due to it being preliminary talks at a very early stage, but if everything lives up this could come back from suspension with a significant increase.

Can't do anything until it's sorted though, so just hope it's 3-6months and not 2-4years 😂😂

Hopefully they will keep the market as updated as they can with any news ... but not sure we will hear anything until a yes or no tbh.

Talk on RTO still in preliminary stages, seems like it could take a while before anything happens.

Any views on what might happen if the RTO doesn't happen? I'm guessing this will come back at a lower price if that's the case, but happy to hear opinions.

Wish they could give some idea of the timeline they are working towards.

Reverse takeovers can take anywhere between a month and a couple of years.

Looking at Ecap Esport Ltd though there's not much info available and they've not been around that long.

My guess would be that if they want to be on the aim market they want it done relatively quickly, so am hoping it's only a few months.

Well that's annoying.

Hate it when a share I'm in gets suspended as it can take years before anything happens.

Really hoping that this gets sorted in a few months and there's some good upside from it. But can't do anything with these now.
