It's pretty simple really in my opinion.

People either believe that the claims will be successful or that they won't be.

If you don't think Zenith will win then I don't know why you're here, go find something else and good luck.

If you do believe that Zenith will win (as I do) then again it's 2 choices.

1. Buy and hold wait until the dividends.

2. Play silly games and try knocking the share to get in lower, using the timescale as an argument.

If you are trying the second option here then it's very risky imo.

CEO has stated that he isn't keen on a settlement, but if the right offer is made and a quick payment is agreed then it's likely he would consider this as it would prevent the drawn out process.

Current timetable suggests mid year for one case and early 2026 for the other (I think this was misquoted in the interview as 25, as the latest RNS does state 2026)

But the fact is the first if the three cases has already been won and the others are pretty much copy and paste according to the CEO.

These can actually get fast tracked and be resolved before you know it.

Along with this a new shortened timeline is to be agreed before 20th January. So anyone waiting may miss the boat.

Overall, no need to let this go. Just hold for great dividends if you believe 😁

Recent TR1 shows increased holdings from a fund which is great.

The trades show other large buys and it could be another TR1 soon.

Traders have made a couple bags steady so it's not surprising to see some sells.

The first case was a small test case to see what would happen and the other 2 large ones are pretty much copy and paste, the CEO stated this in an interview the other week.

It's very unlikely they will have a different outcome. As people research this and come to that conclusion there will be steady buys and holds into sticky hands.

People are waiting due to the current timeline (one case due summer the next early 2026). This is understandable but a risky strategy in my opinion.

Although there is a strong statement about not wanting a settlement if the right offer was made to pay 80% immediately and not have to go through the courts timely process than I think this would be accepted and could happen anytime. Tunisia would want to put this whole thing behind them.

The other thing is that the current timeline is due to be updated on the 20th January and considering the first result it could be streamlined and processed much faster. So I'd expect a big amount of buyers just before the 20th (which could look P&D style if the timeline isn't shortened)

Overall my view is the wins are coming. Trying to wait or trade this could be risky and you may miss out the big jump and the dividends.

Current: 6p = £22m Mcap

Win the $130m (£100m) then expected Mcap £120m would be SP = 32.7p not 50p

Win the $500m (£400m not £450m) then Expected Mcap £520m would be SP = £1.42

Realistically I doubt it would just match the Mcap so in my view a £500m is top end (SP = £1.36)

But this does require a prompt payment from Tunisia.

This would also reduce based on any special dividends, but the Shareholders would get this directly.

If £200m was paid out the company would need to use the rest to grow substantially which could see better Mcap than the cash received, but would take more time.

I don't think 50p would be seen until the $500m court case.

If/when we win the $130m then the Mcap should be closer to 20-25p and a strong expectation to win the $500m

If all is fully won (and paid in a timely manner) that would be £500m worth.

This would be £1.36 a share, just from the cash won.

That sounds insane from here, but the first case was a test and won. The others are highly likely to follow.

There is always risk but this could see 10-20bags from current levels.

I started this post trying to say 50p was too high atm and ended up calculating £1.36 after all 3 wins coming.. lol 😂

It's all depending on the court decisions. But I'm confident.

Good to see this staying around the current value.

With 367m shares 5p is £18.35m Mcap.

With a strong chance to win $639m in the court cases and the CEO stating they would be paying out to shareholders, this looks great to have a big dividend when the cases are settled.

Although the CEO does state he doesn't want a settlement, if an offer of $4-500m instant cash settlement was made it would be hard to reject.

This would be around £320m-£400m and they could easily pay between £100m-£200m out and still have plenty of cash to increase ongoing activities.

£100m would be 27p a share.

With the first small test case won and the others very similar it stands to reason they will be successful,

Just thinking a few things over and it's important to consider these points.

First of 3 cases won. Often a small first case is used to test the validity and the larger follow up items have the same outcome. This suggests there is a high probability of winning the full $639m (around £500m)

Even though the timescale is first half of 2025 for one and summer 2025 for the other, these could be decided much quicker due to the precedent set by the first case.

When settled the CEO has pretty much stated there will be a special dividend. This could be at a significant value more than current share price. If £500m is won and they pay out only £200m of that it's about 55p a share. And would still leave the company significant cash to build from and increase Shareholder value.

A date could be set anytime to say that only Shareholders from that date would be eligible. So good luck trading or waiting a couple months, but you may miss out.

Even though in interviews the CEO suggests he doesn't like settlements, if offered a sizeable amount and immediate payment this could be agreed much sooner than the suggested timeframe. Be cautious of waiting on the sidelines.

Another great interview, and looks like they will be intending to pay out some of all 3 sections ($9m, $130m then $500m) as dividends. Will be a great payday for everyone holding.

This is usually the way, start with a small value to test the ground then move ahead the larger ones when precedent has been set for a win.

Yes, current timing is expected later in the year, but they could take a settlement much earlier to save time and get immediate payment.

I would not be surprised to see an offer around $400-500m from Tunisia to finish the whole thing early. So hard to be out and guess when to time entry.

Rider, I think if people don't make a decision until February it may be too late.

Despite the bullish interview if a settlement offer is made and attractive then I can see this being accepted rather than push it through the courts.

I think any offer over $400m to settle this and have it paid and closed could be accepted. And this could happen anytime without the market seeing it coming.

In my opinion this is more likely than an extended battle.

Governments much prefer to close things out if they are going to lose which it looks like will happen.

Sometimes these big morning spikes can dip quickly again but this has stabilised strongly at 5/5.5 and is looking like another mover up today.

If this wasn't an odd Friday between Christmas and New years I don't think it would have had a break at all today.

Even if not officially won yet the anticipation should seee a Mcap of 2-3x current. Then on a win announcement and knowledge of when the money is coming it could be up to £2-300m

Also even though a timeline is coming any settlement could be agreed at anytime and surprise the market. Hard to be trading out thinking a decision may take longer.

I would hope that Zen accept nothing under £300m ($400m) and the terms would be half immediately and half within a year.

This would be great. But is purely speculation.

There is a very high chance of Zen getting an extremely healthy payout here.

I read that the decision was for $503 but the directors comment mentioned claims totalling $639

Decision

On December 23, 2024, the ICSID Arbitral Tribunal issued a decision in connection with the Respondent's request to address objections to jurisdiction as a preliminary question ("Bifurcation").

The Respondent's request for Bifurcation was fully rejected in very severe terms by the ICSID Arbitral Tribunal.

The Arbitral Tribunal's Decision has dismissed the Respondent's application in its entirety and has reserved all other matters, including those relating to costs, for a subsequent order, decision or award.

The Decision has also ordered the Claimants and Respondent to consult and agree on a shorter procedural timetable and to communicate this to the Tribunal no later than January 20, 2025.

For background, the ICSID Arbitration was initiated by the Claimants in June 2023 following the Republic of Tunisia's failure to comply with the terms of the Investment Treaty BIT United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland - Tunisia signed in 1989.

The amount claimed for the ICSID Arbitration, determined by a panel of international quantum experts appointed by the Company, is for a total principal amount of US$503 million.

This should have a serious rerate. But it may be a quiet Friday considering the date.

Yesterday you claimed to have made 2 misclick purchases of 10m shares at prices you thought were still too high.

I have not seen these show up in the trades...

You are also still talking this down and saying things like it's No trade to sell. Which you can't tell when you have no shares.

I've seen som very low trades here, probably from those low or no commission sites like trading 212.

I'm guessing you added an m and your trades were 10 shares or £10 worth. Or non existent.

When you do actually buy a reasonable amount there's no way you'll continue talking this down. You will flip and be the most annoying pumper here.

FYI you have no impact on the SP. You're just wasting time.

This share has huge potential on multiple fronts.

Oracle is funded for the foreseeable future.

They are close to generating revenues with huge amounts of easy to access gold.

I still believe that during the big spike and mass volume the otter week there were many shorts opened.

These would not flow through into the sites which show open shorts yet as it takes time for the declarations to be shared with the markets.

I think the intention was to close these quickly after what appeared to be a P&D. On one side pump, then dump and short then close shorts.

But there's been unexpected news here that means they aren't getting as low as their goal for closing these.

The gold is massive.

They tried to make people think a placing was coming which didn't happen. The warrants were already available and would have been exercised anyway, so they dilution was expected.

No new placing means no additional dilution.

Then there's more talk on Thar which could come with great news anytime.

The Mining license is highly likely to be granted and is potentially going to be in a shorter timeframe than expected.

The RNS today shows even more huge potential in copper.

I'm fully expecting a proper rerate now.

With around 10b shares now this could easily be siting at 0.1p for a £10m Mcap before any other progress and still have multi bag potential in 2025.
