I'm a little surprised by the price that this has closed today, but not fully.

A lot of people have made a lot of money this week here, and it's not wrong to take profit when you can (I was lucky to get in at 0.7 and bag my investment plus 50% then leave 200k shares to ride the waves).

But let's be realistic.

The company is a shell.

All prior share values are not relevant. The previous highs have nothing to do with the current state or value.

As a shell the current market cap is reasonable.

The potential here is what company will bd doing a RTO to buy the shell.

With the new directors and their history a big speculation would be Allwyn.

If this happens then this shell would be transformed and the value for current shareholders could easily be double or triple the current price.

I'm hoping that we get news soon, and expect more ups and downs over the next days or weeks.

I hope those buying in today can make their targets.

I managed to get 5,622 @ 66.17 a short while ago after a good week with ITS.

As usual it started dropping after, but hopefully it will turn around and make a profit soon.

I know how you feel I have recently had a string of bad decisions and turned around £20k into £2.5k

So this one has helped me feel a lot better.

If I withdraw the rest anywhere near 5/6p I'll be much more happy.

Then maybe I'll make some better choices and just go into some funds...

I had less to go I. Than you but also covered my purchase.

In for about £2.3k and 321k shares at 0.7 ish

Sold 71k and then 50k for a total of £3.7k

Got 200k shares to ride and a small £1.4K profit currently.

Hoping for a big result tomorrow, but highly likely to sell it all soon rather than tide too long.

Would have been nice to get a quote when it went over 4p but they just kept going to no live quote for me and it swiftly dropped back to 3.6 then 3.2

I doubt anyone actually managed to sell close to 4 or 4.5

Here's hoping tomorrow is kind, but I've sliced to cover the investment now which I don't usually manage to do:)

I sold another 50k to bank a small profit but still have 200k to ride...

Personally I am hoping for 8p

But if this is an RTO by Allwyn it could definitely be higher.

As a cash shell with hardly any assets this is worth 2/3p but as Allwyn's target this will have a very healthy injection to bump up the value

One of the new directors has previously worked at Allwyn, and the RNS yesterday clearly emphasises his past in the gambling industry,

If that's not a whiff of something hinting towards an RTO with Allwyn I don't know what is...

I've currently got 321k shares @ 0.7p

I've been quoting and declining 121k shares for ages to slice my original investment...

Changing to sell 96k and hold 225k shares I think...

But still can't hit the sell button....

I should I've been burnt too much in the past..

But if this gets a RTO by Allwyn it could be above 10p easy

No you didn't.

£3.5k @ 0.79p is 443k shares

To keep 350k shares and sell the other 93k fir £3.5k the SP would need to be 3.76p ...

Unless you meant that you have kept 250k shares, in which case you sold 193k at 1.81p and that's awesome.

I'm also considering de risking and slicing my original investment.

I was in here a few months back and cut my losses to make more losses elsewhere. Came back in yesterday for 2.2k at 0.7 (roughly).

Currently considering selling just over a third leaving 200k shares to see what happens...

Considering that's still 0.4% of the company and others here have a lot more we could have a large portion of the company in sticky PI hands. Which would be great when the wind up is cancelled and then they announce Allwyn as the RTO... (hopefully)

If you look over the last days worth of posts there's some speculation that Allwyn may be getting involved.

And considering that in yesterdays RND it was mentioned that one of the new directors used to work for them this could be very big news coming straight after the hearing.

I've looked into the withdrawal of a winding up petition a little and from my understanding this is seeking a dismissal rather than a withdrawal due to the timing. But as long as the creditors are paid (which according to the RNS they will be) then it should go through with no issues.

The new director has very strong ties to Allwyn

Looks like it's all dependent on the court hearing, but from the RNS that is expected to go the correct way.

Always hoping for a good/great/amazing week here.

Never happens.

Currently it seems to me that talks with bond holders went well, and suggest this can be managed going forwards.

Drill had a blip but is online and producing.

Limited currently, but with capacity to increase over time. I see this as purposeful so they can increase as gas prices start rising into winter.

Overall the company definitely seems like it's back on track and should have returned to the 6/7p from before the drill issue.

But as always the market doesn't reflect this. With people jumping from share to share they all go down and the only winners are the MMs

I'm still hoping for a turn around.

There is no need for a cash raise.

There's a producing asset which is bring in cash and they have curtailed spending on new opportunities until they have cash flow under control and can cover the Bonds.

The company is in a very strong position to build a good base from the H2 well before looking for expansion.

It doesn't need to be drilling new sites daily.

We just need a confirmation on flow rate and some news of cash being paid then this is long overdue a significant rerate
