I'm guessing that Truthfactory has suffered at some point in history due to Edelson and is still bitter.

None of this matters currently anyway.

Within a few weeks we should hopefully know if the Sudan Minister has signed the SA and if he has great, if not then there's nothing going on for a long while

This means it going back up as he always shows trying to Deramp 😁

Warrants have been issued at higher than the current price.

This suggests that they are committed to increasing the price from here so they can make money on these.

They have done it before the Service agreement has been officially signed so they could be issued at a lower price.

I'm now even more confident that more news will be following soon and I believe we have seen the lowest dip until we get news.

I'm about 90% that the SA will be signed and the price will increase nicely when it is.

But there's still an outside chance that it isn't signed or when it is the market reacts differently...

So what do people think will happen when we get the formal RNS announcing the signed service agreement?

Usually I would expect the normal but on rumours and sell on news scenario, but feel that we had the buy on rumour rise to 0.5 at the end of last year, and the sells have already happened due to traders getting impatient and others looking for rainbows elsewhere or needing the money more accessible.

If we get further hints towards the deal being closer we may still go up prior to the announcement, but I'm starting to think that actually we will continue around this level and then when the announcement comes we will see a proper re-rate.

I still think this will only be around 0.5/0.6 before the unrest settles and we get the full production sharing agreement, at which point it will increase further back to over 1p hopefully.

Am interested to hear other views though.

Starting to doubt my prediction of news by the end of this week though :( hoping it will still be in January though.

Not sure, but I wouldn't get too hung up on it.

We just need some more news flow soon to stop this drifting.

Hope that Mandhir is quiet atm due to being busy arranging the next steps.

I also think this is now the bottom or close to the bottom of the dip, we may see 0.24 to sell and 0.25 to buy, but I'd be surprised if it went lower before news.

Then if there's more anticipation of the signed SA it will go up again.

CDF, I'm probably looking at the wrong share, but it looks like Savannah energy have been suspended for just over a year and looking at the RNS was due to a potential reverse takeover.

Seems pretty odd tbh as that's a long suspension,

But let's focus on WCat.

The wording does hint towards it being closer, but I agree it can also be seen as nothing new yet.

I'm still expecting the RNS within the next week.

Today looks like the MMs took it down on nothing new in the RNS, so bailed for whatever their reasons are, and now it's stabilising.

Just noticed my trade here this morning for the 7mil shares has been reported as a sale rather than a buy...

this site is pretty poor at times

The RNS just neatly outlines all we are aware off.

But it still oozes with confidence that the Sudan Service agreement will be signed.

This is due in January and I still believe it will be within the next week. Also expect an RNS that could show up anytime rather than a 7am one.

Posted this in the Telegram group, but think it's worth posting here as well.

The 2024 plan is due to be communicated tomorrow.

And we are awaiting the minister of Sudan to sign the Service agreement, which could be anytime soon.

With Sudan looking like it might be getting closer to a ceasefire as well there's a lot pointing towards the possibility that this will rerate back to the value it had before the conflict started last year, and a lot more with an agreement.

Then it's only a matter of time to turn the SA into a Production sharing agreement.

With Mr Singh holding over 60% of the shares the only way he is likely to see a return is to get this company to a profit making position and start paying dividends.

It's going to be an interesting year.

Of course this may still not happen, but there's a lot of information in old RNS reports and interviews which suggests the strong support of the Sudan government to work with Wildcat.

Then there's the possibility of the crypto stuff (which tbh I don't know anything about, and am not here for that, but it could also rocket the price) will be interesting to see what's in the years plan tomorrow.

I was think the first 2 weeks of January, but can't see why the years plan would be on Friday instead of earlier in the week, unless there's an expectation of something happening soon which can then be included.

I do believe that we will get a signed SA soon, and it will give support to the Share price, but also think the political situation needs to improve and a production sharing agreement done before a significant increase.

If we don't see a signed deal this week I expect a drift back to mid 0.2s or maybe lower as the impatient trade out but when news does come it will be hard to get back in. Trading on volatile stocks is risky.
