At its Lakeside development, a proposed 325,000 square feet retail extension has secured planning consent. A new leisure destination at Lakeside comprising of new cafes, restaurants, bars and various leisure uses is also being worked on.

The company own ten of the UK’s top 25 shopping centres including The Trafford Centre, Lakeside, Metrocentre, Braehead, and The Mall at Cribbs Causeway, and in-town prime destinations such as Cardiff, Manchester, Newcastle, Norwich, Nottingham, Bromley, Uxbridge, Watford and Stoke-on-Trent.
