I came on board this share a while ago but after PH issue. There’s a lot of anger towards them. What’s the problem with them, what did they do? Not fully found answers to that question. I just get the understanding they did something that severely disadvantaged shareholders. Have an idea but would like it confirmed. Could someone put me in the picture please. Your answers appreciated.

Share Centre states:
1 - If you do not wish to participate in the offer no further action required.
2 - Of your OO entitlement state how many you wish to purchase, part or all
3 - Excess application, state how many you would like to purchase at 0.0125:pence. “I am aware that such excess applications may still be subject to scaling back.”

I read into that that the OO is guaranteed for what you wish to have. Any excess is not and dependant on what is available. For example, if you “order” 10 mill excess, you may get it or may get just a percentage of the 10 mill. However the OO is dependant on how many shares you had on 30/04 is guaranteed should you take up the offer. That’s how I read it but am open to correction.

Don’t you hate Autocorrect!!!! I put BOU in the search, not knowing it changed it to BOY and all I saw was blue up by 8.5 pence! Now I see it’s red. :(

Received from SC today, confirmed I wanted more and took up additional offer for more shares. Also scanned letter and sent via email to confirm acceptance of offer. Tying up all loose ends.

I’m with The Share Centre. They will be sending out letters this week but I’ve preempted that by placing my order and sending the money through which they have acknowledged receipt of.

I spoke to my broker, Share Centre, and they notified me a letter would be sent to me with details middle of next week. I spoke to them on phone and asked them to register my intent to purchase which they did.

Basically if on 30/04 you had say 1,000,000 shares then you will be entitled to purchase another 1,000,000 shares at the price of 0.0125p per share. In other words for a less amount you paid for your original shares on or before 30/04 you will be able to double your share holding.

Instructed my broker that I will be taking up the offer of shares. I have also purchased more.I’ve read the RNS and have the feeling of “Why would they go to all this effort if they didn’t intend doing something with the company?” Does anyone know how much he purchased those shares for?The Board's collective shareholding represents a total 73,659,661 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 1.38 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Shares. Moreover, the Company's largest shareholder, Mr Antos Glogowski holding 758,000,000 Ordinary Shares, has signed an irrevocable agreement to vote in favour of the below resolutions.If he mops up the rest as suggested then he’ll be increasing his holding even further. To have that many he’ll have a lot of influence in the direction this company takes. Just my take from a novices perspective.

Most of us are novices, but willing to learn from others who know and from experience. I’ve read all these posts and now pretty much know who to trust and whose posts to avoid. From your experience what’s the best advice you would give novices who are not chasing dreams but just wish to understand how the market REALLY works to make realistic profit?

Few of us are novices, few of us are knowledgeable but we try to help each other out with some great information that’s holding our hand through the lifetime journey of the share in question. But like all boards we have the Noisy Neighbours as SAF once eloquently put it, you get to know them after a while. They give you a lighter moment of entertainment among the serious sensible posting that is there to keep us all going. Welcome aboard!!!

It always amazes me that the slightest bit of negative posting, share drop, silent RNS people go into meltdown. Then there are posters who have to hold people's hands to get them through the meltdown. There's a bigger picture and even if it means waiting a while longer things will start to move on this share. Product deals are what they are, a hand shake, the revenues come afterwards. May take a bit of time but company definitely going in the right direction. The RNS will come. Spare cash I will be buying more shares.

Hi RBK, there's a lot of concerned / negative posters re the share price. Still a lot going on in the background, things like this take a while. You mentioned that you were going silent for a while. Just wondered what your take on the share drop. My personal feeling is the same and always will be, there's mileage in this share. Things take time, FG is not going to start something he cannot finish especially taking shares as salary. No-one is going to do that if the company was going to fold. Share drop doesn't bother me, I feel there will be an RNS soon.

Topped up today and mine shows up as a buy. Waiting now for my ship to come in. Hopefully won’t be long to add other shares to my portfolio.

I don't often post, I don't have the knowledge of many of the posters, but I am on the board every day, reading and learning from some of the comments, doing research into terms used and understanding legal documents.

There's a couple of posters I especially listen to (yourself included) who don't ramp with fingers crossed, slate shares and try to deramp in order to try and manipulate the price only to reveal they have millions of shares at the expense of others panicky sales. I like the honest approach to information saying it as it is which includes reasonable timescales. That and accurate research gives confidence to be a LTH. So although not knowing anyone on this BB you get a feel for people from what they write.

I am confident that CLP will be my "Star." ;) Love the background check :) I have confidence in both after doing the research on them. May require patience but will keep adding as and when I can. there's a couple more I am keeping a close eye on too.

It’s a race against time, I’ve got a couple shares and hoping one of the others do well so I can add more CLP. Research on this BB is good. Let’s hope I can add a bit more soon. It’s part of my retirement pot. ATVB everyone
