If a RTO happens how does the whole thing play out? Are shares suspended? What eventually happens to the shares, do they become named after the company rto into (say Scotia) or do they still have the BOU naming rights? Just wondered the process? Wanting to learn, not ramping or deramping, not my style lol.
Thanks in advance
Thank you RKB.
It’s been a good week and all that patience by LTH and a belief that Antos would be involved has paid off. Thank you to RKB and all posters who have shared their knowledge and experience and contributed so positively and encouragingly to this BB helping everyone keep faith in this journey.
Most people would think of 252% as the end of a shares journey upwards, it’s funny to think that 252% is just the beginning. What pleases me most is that when this takes off so many lives could well be changed for the better. It’s nice to have something good happen to the little man and that Antos is not the kind of guy to make it all about him, he’s happy to do something for us, he’ll get my vote to take his dream forward.
Enjoy your weekends,
Best wishes jandtw1
My view on this and I am happy to be corrected to learn. My father in law very rarely looked for a bargain, he bought things when needed. Why? He could afford to. He was a wealthy man so why waste time looking for a bargain when he could afford not to!!! He didn’t have to waste time so he could get on with what is important to him, he was never a time waster.Antos is buying shares at market price. Why? He knows what’s coming. He doesn’t need to worry about shaving bits off share price. He’s buying shares to be in a strong position. He doesn’t want to waste time as he has an end goal. He wants to get there quickly so the sooner he buys his shares, the sooner he gets to the place he needs to. He multiplies the value of his shares. Market prices today will be peanuts in comparison to what he will achieve. A man on a mission who doesn’t want to waste time. He’ll get what he wants. Today’s share price will be unimportant to him. It’s not about today!!!
How many shares will you hope to buy from your deramping?
DESTITUTE:
Very bold statement, but what is it based on?
To give a bold statement like that you will have done much research and collated sound proof evidence to substantiate your very bold statement. So please will you share your evidence and research with us.
Will you therefore answer this question with facts:
WHAT IS YOUR BOLD STATEMENT BASED ON?
Or is your statement........errrr......Destitute?
Look forward to hearing from your valuable information. It will help everyone on this BB to make an informed and valuable decision.
MANY THANKS IN ADVANCE.
Yours sincerely

I’ve been in your situation before, it’s not nice. However you land on your feet even if you take a different direction in life. I wish you all the very best and let’s hope that by everyone winning here it means you win too.
Hi Nick
Welcome aboard, you don’t need to be mad to be here.......but it surely helps!!! You’ll get to know who has something to say and who think they have something to say soon. Enjoy the rollercoaster!
Apologies Applegarth, I missed that, lot to read lately!!! However I agree with your thoughts, it’s what I was thinking when I read it.
So JBmcr what change are you referring to?
Not sure if this was on the website before it “went down,” but if not, a connection???? I don’t know!! Especially looking at whose involved in Scotia.
Market conditions are currently very favorable for junior gold exploration companies. This is therefore an exciting opportunity for investors seeking 'early mover advantage' and who are looking to invest in the gold mining sector at a time of uncertainty in financial markets. All funding raised will be used to add value to the company's portfolio through the drill bit.
I hope you will share our vision for Scotia Exploration Ltd by participating in this investment offer.
I agree nennyb, there maybe a little excitement but tomorrow I feel will just be laying the groundwork. I will be surprised if there is a major announcement, but it will be nice if it did happen. Hopefully won’t be long before take off. ATVB for those who have patiently sat it out.
My broker said final total will be around 25th
Jim - mine too says the same.
Anyone on the Share Centre can tell me how to vote in favour of the resolutions?
Thanks in Advance
My sentiments exactly, life is a learning curve, a bumpy ride but exciting.
Excellent summation of the shares. Appreciate your input as always.
Thank you Jace 86, explained a lot. Have a good weekend
I came on board this share a while ago but after PH issue. There’s a lot of anger towards them. What’s the problem with them, what did they do? Not fully found answers to that question. I just get the understanding they did something that severely disadvantaged shareholders. Have an idea but would like it confirmed. Could someone put me in the picture please. Your answers appreciated.
Share Centre states:
1 - If you do not wish to participate in the offer no further action required.
2 - Of your OO entitlement state how many you wish to purchase, part or all
3 - Excess application, state how many you would like to purchase at 0.0125:pence. “I am aware that such excess applications may still be subject to scaling back.”
I read into that that the OO is guaranteed for what you wish to have. Any excess is not and dependant on what is available. For example, if you “order” 10 mill excess, you may get it or may get just a percentage of the 10 mill. However the OO is dependant on how many shares you had on 30/04 is guaranteed should you take up the offer. That’s how I read it but am open to correction.
Don’t you hate Autocorrect!!!! I put BOU in the search, not knowing it changed it to BOY and all I saw was blue up by 8.5 pence! Now I see it’s red. :(
Received from SC today, confirmed I wanted more and took up additional offer for more shares. Also scanned letter and sent via email to confirm acceptance of offer. Tying up all loose ends.
