Yes let's see about that, typically a few months delay before whey prices come down as well historically. Maybe now is different because of high demand. Anyway, there is not much priced into this stock on this scenario yet. Keep an eye on it.

THG Rises as Betaville Notes Chatter of Fresh Myprotein Interest

(Bloomberg) -- THG shares rise as much as 9.1% in London as the Betaville M&A blog website says there’s speculation the company’s Myprotein unit may have attracted fresh takeover interest.

“Some people following the situation recently heard rumors that a different suitor is now circling,” the website says

The betaville rumor is mentioned on Bloomberg as well. They don't do that quickly. Wait and see I guess.

This hold great value around the low twenties after the spin-off indeed. But SP probably won't move until the MM convertible has been converted.

I think we'll regret by end of year not buying at these prices with these massive discounts. This will not hold for very long me thinks.

Update was pretty good IMO. Getting rid of Ingenuity and debt rollover have been behind the company. Now expecting medium term higher EBITDA margins. SP pretty attractive now with such high FC yield in the medium term. These markets will continue to expand the coming 10 years as well. My mid twenties target is here and the update is good enough. Just bought some shares. The cheaper it get's the happier we should be now.

I imagine the outlook for '25 will be strong since falling whey prices are happening, lower cost base, low interest costs, strong performance in Beauty and trend to historic EBITDA margins as stated earlier by the company. A sell off to the low twenties make it a great buy then.

My best guess would be low twenties somewhere in May. Numbers will be enough to push price lower. This dog does not want to rise as it seems. Wait and see.
