Does this help? RNS 27/4/2023 -- "The process now moves to a Grant Agreement and other final requirements to complete this funding solution. The TAG under consideration for Orom-Cross is up to US$4.5M for costs associated with the Definitive Feasibility Study and the terms are considered advantageous to Blencowe as any repayment would only occur if and when the project goes into production at a future date. The TAG provides for DFC to pay 50% of agreed costs within the Orom-Cross DFS, with Blencowe to provide the remainder.
Israel has an estimated 80- 400 N Warheads in their possession with several methods of delivery. (source wikipedia)
I think this is good news too - pity the RNS doesn't state how much the contract is worth though.
Hi Bertie. Starbright made reference earlier to UFO being a (Mike) Shemasian company - i'd never heard of him so did a check. I found that MS is an investor who is credited with revitalising UFO in 2019 and setting it in its current course. MS was then the largest shareholder in Artemis resources and maybe still is. The link as I see it is that Mr Robertson has declared in todays RNS that he is a currently director of Artemis. The import of all these goings on has got me baffled!
Ta to Starbright for his input.
By exception I think this confirms that Mr. Thompson is still in post.
As a matter of interest how did you become aware that he's left please?
thanks for the video link Sunni. encouraging interview.
Regarding the sale of the 2.5% Royalty Interest in the future Empire mine, the yahoo article omitted to mention that Jason Riley the CEO of Exgen is also a PXC NED and Chairman of Konnex. I mention this just for the sake of accuracy.
This extract from a report by Hardman & Co 29/March/21 is a bit more informative - “Our estimated DCF valuation is 60p/share, based on the initial near-surface copper-gold mine only. Given better funding , the company is considering simultaneously developing a silver mine at its nearby Red Star resource. If greenlighted, we estimate a combined valuation of 95p/share (139p/share using recent highs in copper and silver prices).”
There was a simple error in the date of admission in the RNS ( Application will be made for the 20,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 24 February 2020.) Spot the mistake re the year.
Shame neither of them can make a profit.
