I was a landlord and regularly found black mould in the premises this is caused by poor ventilation and the property not being heated correctly. The tenants must have spent the heating benefit on other things and there was no energy crisis then, so why do these left wing nutters think they will spend it on heating this time round? They obviously haven't been a landlord before these left wing do gooders. HIKE THE DIVI UP .

Feel sorry for disabled and ill with power costs etc but for the rest the word job springs to mind.

Can't see this carbon flake in just a quarter of the area. Common sense tells you there will be more and if it is of good quality and why not, this could be a multi million pound asset if not billion. Patience required here.

Said this before years ago and will say it again. In your house would you depend on your neighbour next door to supply your gas? What would happen if there is a falling out? Many politicians are now finding that scenario out to their cost. Why depend on others when you can produce it yourself? Dead simple just like many politicians.
