Figures may show Covid is falling but it also shows the problem it’s causing still.

Yes the government may well like house prices to fall for first time buyers but then the people who are a in trap called negative equity coupled with higher interest rates.

Also governments we’re cutting interest rates and printing money to help the economy and households survive. This time in 2022 the housing market is set to collapse and the government’s worldwide are raising interest rates to control a horrible thing called inflation.
This is the problem for all house builders and most businesses. This will will in return mean less disposable income and higher mortgage costs. It’s simply means TW will survive but will cut dividends to preserve cash if they are prudent.
Inflation will fall as demand dries up for products and wars end and oil prices fall but that later next year and probably another 1 per cent rate rise. This will cause huge problems. Might I add a budget that kills working peoples wages.

People who invest hoping for a quick return are more like gamblers. Investors who invest usually do research and get led either way on forums but make educated calculating investments based on facts, figures and information.
I’m just saying one should always do your own research and only invest what you are comfortable with.
QBT like any companies carry risks but also offers real benefits to the crypto world and more energy efficient in a sector that uses mega energy.
I’m sure the market will catch on

He gave them a 10% pay rise for the privilege of staying at home and thinks they are answer to solving the shortage of labour issues!.
Nurses that worked through a pandemic have had 3% rise in 10 years! Nurses that never claimed any furlough because they worked are also made to pay more taxes while benefit claimants get 10% pay rise.

I think you could possibly be right but I think they will only do acquisition that fits the strategy. They clearly will capitalise on the others miss fortunes. If they are smart they could be huge bye using the cash rich position to there advantage. The markets are start to warm to MHC

The indicators are showing positive strength in the RSI
And 100 dma smashed and need to take out and hold 200DMA. This could definitely pop if we push on with high volume and strength

£10,000 dummy sell and Offered 1.75 so they are getting desperate for more shares.
Dummy sell for £20,000 and offered 1.73. I think this is confirming my thoughts that I eluded to that we were at a critical cross over point and it appears to have broke to the upside on the chart.

I just put a dummy £1000 sell and got offered 1.74p. Don’t sell and the buyers become desperate and will offer more.
