I frequently look at the GDR board etc. All they talk about is a fund raise and needing cash etc. The company has great products but no cash flow and burn cash like logs on a log burner.
At MHC we are cash rich and no need for any such capital raise. We needed one in the early days However the company appears to changing things so we can buy shares back. This will push share price up at some point.
I personally am waiting for update and would like an acquisition and always said we should consider this route to continue growth.
I’m just happy we have a lot of cash because our shares will not need to be diluted.
I’m looking forward to year end results going into the strong part of Covid season. I’m of the belief these should move up next month as results get ever closer.

I think you’ve taken Penny’s remark out of context. I think she was stating her priorities were concentrating on growing the business etc and that was her main focus.
She’s already demonstrating her ability to deliver and focus on growth. The stock market want more clarity on the new products I think and how the business develops outside of Covid!. It’s now time for the whole board to demonstrate they can grow and diversify to exceed expectations constantly.
The revenues made from Covid products need to really be used to expand the business. Whilst the possibility of dividends are exiting the longer term growth is more beneficial and I’d like organic growth in new products along with acquisitions and then we are sure vision is being executed. So many cheap companies at discounted prices at the moment.

What are the true value of your investments in this company given the dilution over the last two years.

How can a company have the fastest tests and not able to sell them!.
How as another company not snapped them up yet.!
What are management doing to address sales?

No I don’t think anyone has been fleeced. The company announced good results on data tests and the stock market took it down. The company have delivered and due to bitcoins fall and the recent events in crypto it’s become toxic for now. I would say don’t panic and use it as a buying opportunity if your long term because the crypto world will want the software once it’s available. I don’t see how you blame the company for delivering good results. Try blaming the sellers who sold because if more people bought and it went up you wouldn’t be blaming the company. Sort but shares go up and down and sometimes you have to be patient and wait for the right moment.

I actually don’t think it’s cost anybody really. Yes the share price has fallen but that has also presented a buying opportunity for the optimist person and given long term holders the opportunity to top up.
The crypto market is suffering and it’s not a single company situation. If crypto was flying the news would have been a positive.
The time to buy is when others panic.
I must say I was worried we would fall to much lower levels so happy it turned up yesterday.

How do you determine a flu or Covid. Tests!

We will all know soon enough. I’m comfortable they are in a healthy place.
The shares went to 7p on a hope. Now we have a vision and profit streams. Loads of cash. I’d like the shares to be higher but I’m sure we will catch up soon enough.
If your short term then maybe sell if your not confident but I think looking at the figures and guidance in last figures we will have a brighter finish to the end of year figures.
I do agree the Directors and board could buy more to install more confidence. I’d like Penny to buy in but who’s knows peoples personal positions.

Whilst I get they may not have broken the bank they have nevertheless invested before the closed period which is a possible sign of good news coming.
Many shares on the stock market have dropped over 90% and no Board or Director buys.
End of year results should be be good and we are all expecting a update regards retail contracts etc so I personally expect a pick up in the share price during December.
Glad I topped up recently in the downfall and holding for new highs long term.

I only see THG heading higher and see resistance at around 90p. I feel this is one of the best long term buys around

I agree it’s oversold but needs guidance from bitcoin. If bitcoin reverses so do we otherwise it’s a false start and we head lower to .60 - .70. I agree it’s crazy low but sentiment has gone and credibility smashed for many.

My thoughts exactly but seamed strange I didn’t see it on MHC investor relations!. Anyway they finished evens today.
I would like others opinions on when news might land

18% spread and still buyers. It needs to reduce to gain even more buyers. Market makers playing with spread.

This should never have fallen so low but I’m more concerned about the technical support levels at this point . If we hold we’re fine and we head up but if we don’t snap back soon I’m wondering if it falls dramatically to around.60-.70 the long term support line.I hope that don’t happen but anything possible and we have to explore and mention all possibilities
