I note you’ve been awfully quiet today.
I must say I don’t have money to waste and only invest in companies I believe have good management executing a plan they emphasised three years ago.
I must point I only advise what I’m doing and always back it up. Sorry you don’t agree with the board but unfortunately whatever the board does it’s the Market that decides the direction based on buys v sells etc. As soon as news land the market will have already jumped considerably from its lows.
I still maintain 1.2p is resistance and if this goes then 1.4p is next target.

I believe Lyn Rees had share options at 0.88p which if I’m correct I wasn’t happy with because the

I just feel I’m going to have to spend £7.5k at current prices to see 2p to then make any money on a rise to 2.5p or Breakeven.

Just fed up that shares don’t make money anymore. And all seemingly need bailing out by averaging down.

It’s just not the point of investing. And when a share that has good news does what this does this morning, it just leaves you feeling completely disillusioned

Sorry but I think you’re contradicting your own advice. Slating a company your invested in and knew the risk when you invested. Unfortunately shares do go up and down and if you ain’t got skin shouldn’t be in the game. We’ve all worked hard for our money invested but some understand things take time better than others. The board are delivering and just think what your investment would be worth if they never delivered time and time again.

If your £30,000 investment was placed at an average of 2.7p it’s seriously time to average and bring it below 2p.
Just my opinion. Not many left under .1.1p.

I love it when people who who believed and invested In a company suddenly change opinions because the performance of the share isn’t what the expect.
The stock Market are in control not penny etc and while will keep adding because I know why I invested many years ago.
I said then it was a long term investment and still stick to that However given the news ahead in the short term it’s a great possibility it could move higher significantly in the short term. I’m looking for a bounce to 1.2p then I expect resistance and if news land with break the long term downside trend.
I have bought back in considerably at less than 1p and if I’m wrong so be it but happy to make a call against the judgement of others.
We shall see but keep the debate going.

I think a share consolidation along with the launch of new products and company 10% buyback would be good news. From 780m to 52m then if they buy back 10% less than 47m in circulation is definitely better than 780m shares. Then hopefully Directors will buy in also. Sorry but the board need to keep executing and the market will turn eventually.
Just imagine if we delivered bad results!.
News on new retail contracts and we fly. Huge potential as NHS is stretched people will take health concerns into their own hands .

The only way is top up and average down. I know it feels painful topping up but how does an investor break even otherwise. 15% down from capital raise. The board are a total bunch of criminals but that ain’t going to help anyone get their investment back. Unfortunately you have to look at a cheap entry point and took them away until market sentiment changes

The whole sector is a mess. I watched MHC deliver what I considered good results but these markets are not bothered. It’s like they are happy to let companies fail. I personally never seen this share falling below share dilution but even investors at dilution are u Dee water. I’m sure markets will turn but as when feels like a lottery across the board. It’s frustrating though when Directors get paid to destroy shareholders value

Yes I agree about transparency but there’s only so much can be said until contracts signed with retailers. Yes I agree they could have updated and communicated existing sales better

I wanted more questions answered but I also understand and believe her when she says we are in advanced stages with retailers. I also believe they would want confidentiality at this stage so it’s understandable her reluctance to

You have to be impressed by the way the company is progressing but equally disappointed in the share
Price. After all she did lay out her strategy three years ago ahead due to Covid revenues. Fact is we has a business relationship with top retailers so I do see these deals materialising soon. I certainly hope so.
I want to see Directors buying but not sure they could if they are in negotiations with retailers etc.
I’ll just took mine away and add more on weakness.
I do see share reduction increasing the value because less in circulation especially if they buy back 10% also. I also see an acquisition on the cards

I recall her mentioning the wellness testing market is estimated to grow to 35billion by 2031.
I do see how money will be made and can save the NHS given the cost of diabetes alone on the NHS.
I taking a long term view but equally frustrated with the share price as it deserves a much higher rating just based on cash in bank not pencilling in revenue from other areas

Much of what said is actually correct however she did say negotiations were in advanced stages but respected her clients positions with a bit of a smile.
I asked if Directors would be buying but no answer!.
I do think they governed by Lloyds and Boots confidentiality clauses until it’s finalised but I do think it’s exiting that we have funds to finance the expansion.
She also referred to acquisitions if the right one came along.
I definitely wanted to know about sales of current tests and LFT tests at present but hopefully a further update very soon

My take from the meeting is the new products will be on the shelves in boots and Lloyds soon and this is the growth strategy. I would expect an update shortly given the way she answered.
She said negotiations were at and advanced stage so until then we must wait. No mention of slowdown in LFT demand so interesting to get Market reaction
