David, even you have to admit that IF they can actually deliver something close to plan (say, and 200k ounces at 1500 AISC), the share price movement will be quite dramatic!

I sold most of my position a while ago. I hate selling everything because it's sickening to watch a sold share multi bag. Been there. These days I maintain a smaller holding when selling.

I bought into other miners that have mostly done quite well: SHG, PAF, HOC, SRB.

Hum haven't capitalised on these high gold prices. In fact, the hedge cost them money.

Once I realised the existential risk was a lot higher than I thought it was, I scaled back. That's all.

I agree free cash flow matters. If shareholders thought they'd be getting that cash, this would be a lot higher. Shareholders rightly suspect the cash will be used for an acquisition which may or may not be value accretive. That risk is why the SP isn't higher imo
