As far as I can see they have OK contracts, and the people they deal with are, customs, police, schools, traffic dept. etc. They arn't going to go bust; so the current contracts should be OK and unless UVEL are dreadful the contracts should continue. Plus their products.
The company may not be the strongest, but I wouldn't say they were weak, but look at the weak companies on the stock market.
TW. - doing good now
Mec - Will be good after the RI (cost me a lot of profit, but not my initial investment)
Jpr - Again doing OK
Pub - soaring
Tni - stil rising (slowly now though)
Barc - Need I say anything?
These are just stocks I'm in or have been in.
They get bad comments when they're down & good comments when they're up. (on the BB)
Acu - I made about £7K
Jsp - About £1.5K
I haven't found a great deal of real/factual bad points about Uvel
If there are then let me know. I'll research them and update my opinion.
As for advice on companies. I have bought into loads of share I would not have looked at if not for the BBs. So the BBs have helped me make some money - they've also lost me a lot of 'profit - MEC - by being too positive.
I'm also in Ctt so I must like to live dangerously. I think they'll come good aswell. The way they asked to suspend the share trading to 'protect the shareholders' and what they are doing now.
All posts are not helpful posts. There are different agendas on all the BBs. It's just finding the good from the bad.
