The SP is clearly being manipulated every time they try and drag it back lower they then insult us all by opening up the live bid at the lows and will happily offer live quote for very big positions so if this doesn’t tell you what is going on and you sell to them perhaps you might want your head looked at. AIM and FCA should be informed of this unusual price action since the news of PRIMs departure in alleged breach of AIM RULE 7 but if there’s any connection to any related shorting or selling activity or lending shares it needs to be analysed - where’s the TR1s then as this activity volume is way more than 3%

Muir’s chart had us at late teens and US Listing news intraday or by tomorrow as within 30 days to launch it on market is 18th July this should have been trading up there already and it will some patience required to see off the big buy orders who are having the ropes lowered before its allowed to move back uo to late teens 20s

We now have major names in sports onboard. All happening then announcement by PRIM 25/6 and been dragged down daily on nothing. We also absorbed over 11 million Prim offload at 8.43 prior to this as it completed on 24th so how the hell can we be made to be trading at 3-4s? There has to be questions asked here exactly who is it the rumours of an MM short? Were they caught out? Is it the C u next Tuesday ones?

So this one trade of £4.40 actually moved the live bid from 9.02 to 8.80 now do you believe the MM are trying to get sellers? This is exactly an example of market manipulation in real time

As soon as the bid is worked down they open it up and can sell all my big position here so has to be a short cover the rumour of the MM short position looks truer each day but if there’s a TR1 eventually I will be reporting this market manipulation. You can’t have MM quoting on here whose investment arm also shorts/invests in stocks how is this not a massive conflict of interest concern

This has to be a short cover using the last of the placing stock but can’t see they in reality would have any left. The SP movements here are very suspicious and I think with everything that’s gone on recently need looking at. The SP is being forced down every day. Last time I saw this type of movement was a large short an actual investor of the company that didn’t declare until it was forced to and exposed. What about we all report our suspicions about the movements here? Or this is the final selling by legacy holders of ALTE who are on the board of PRIM last fumes maybe but good riddance to them. Whichever we will soon be free to move back up. Current market cap is less than our cash and we just acquired HalfSpace and their revenue streams too and this month listing in US

Testing AIM regulations are investigating your company for alleged breach of AIM RULE 7. Pump and dump at PR1? What are you on man? PRIM has never managed to increase its share price for 5 years plus. To back a company then welch on the agreement deserves a double whammy punishment from legal claim and AIM LSE. How would PRIM shareholders feel if it was the reverse situation? Gloating at the damage to PR1 won’t last long when the punishment is dished out here. It makes a mockery of AIM RULES which are there to protect shareholders and the market. This is also why AIM companies have NOMADS to make sure they follow the rules. This event has damaged PRIMs reputation as how can they be trusted not to repeat this move elsewhere? Nobody is buying your company stock besides the company themselves that alone should speak volumes to zero interest in PRIM and even less now after this. PR1 investment could have brought PRIM multiple bags by the time the lock in agreement expired. The whole thing reeks and your current investments have now no stake in the biggest growing sector of AI SaaS, Data AI analytics and BTC treasury

Warrants if you look are from supportive investors and connected companies they aren’t dumping you idiot they converted because SATS is on the start of the journey only just limbering up. MM walked down bid on one sell from 9.60 opening to 9.215 to 9.00 to 8.85 to 8.72 now walking it back up as nobody will sell to them on the buy side of things can’t buy volume purchases won’t quote for larger so keep that in mind sellers

Company has not handled this very well at all and very unfair to supporting shareholders. The London bitcoin co who doesn’t buy any bitcoin they’ve had the 1st lot of cash for a while

Most of the warrants are to supporters of the company and Directors who won’t be selling any time soon and actually can’t. Brought us nearly 900k cash to company too. The struggle on order fills by MM has been seen today. The CLN stock been and gone. Everyone is getting ready for a massive rerate here and one that is well deserved and reflects the huge value here. The resident troll doesn’t understand this at all. The chart from Muir and another is targeting late teens to 20s. My target price is in 50s if you’re not collecting as many as you can you should be

No they can’t do that because the FCA needs to approve the prospectus once it has been produced so definitely can’t do that. What would happen if it wasn’t approved and they had been issued and money received? Rules based process for a reason.

Money from the raise won’t be handed over until the shares can be transferred out to those who subscribed. They can’t bypass the prospectus and formal approval by FCA. This process can take a while. Company need to produce the prospectus then 10 working days from there to appove it. If it gets approved then at this point the new shares are issued to the subcribers/placees and money transferred to company this is the settlement date and can then be traded on the market after issuing minimum of 1 day +settlement normally issue a date on or around a few days after
