Climbing now this has legs and already established prices in double figures. Nothing has changed here except we were attacked by an MM short and were back stabbed by PRIM but they gave up their holdings suspiciously in one day so did they dispose of them to the MM then they shorted and now buying back? That scenario makes sense to me and this is why it has been played since then

HalfSpace acquisition so early on was a masterstroke and the addition of a new PR1Bit AI integration for Bitcoin again genius and that alone will be a hot seller and big money generator. Certainly now after 2.5 weeks of this deliberate management of the SP it cannot for any logical reason continue and we are set to really bounce big here minimum of 100% only takes us to 6.’s when we were trading happily at 10.50s v 11.50s. This is shorting greed and manipulation against 3 sets of superb news. PR1 is a stellar company with strong business and fundamentals. It’s also the first and only AI SaaS Business listed on AIM and 1st mover advantage

Every time there is a buy they then close live quotes bid side and they emerge at a lower bid price but will offer to take big positions like mine. Any sells however small take the bid down. So both bids and asks being played. It’s not right and it needs calling out here. They are relentless over 2.5 weeks now using same daily tactics and in light of the PRIM situation and the rumours of an outstanding short of over 4% here by an MM it should be looked at as the action in trading is showing a lot of truth to this situation

Reported the trading activity to FCA abuse section that one MM is attempting to control the SP and if they find that they do have a short they are covering but haven’t told the market this

This stock has to be the most pathetic on the market having to sell shares under a lock in agreement to fund the buy back of their own stock with the cash because no other soul is buying them and price has rarely moved in 5 years. Even one of the board is selling their personal shares here as recently as yesterday. Whole situation they have made is ridiculous. PRIM deserves to lose their lot here and hope both AIM LSE regs and PR1 take them to the cleaners

Tactics are refuse live quotes on bid side then release it but much lower then will take all you have even big positions so people panic see they can get a quote finally and sell. This is all MM 101 handbook to cover for stock when a share has been heavily shorted. If they had loads to sell they would be creating volume and taking it higher and allowing it to freely trade but the big clues are all there that they are buying PR1 shares from sellers who have either got worn down or haven’t the patience to keep holding but what you should be doing is buying against these moves. There’s been a lot of buying and this is why they have taken it down and down to try and shake every last seller out

Warn you now the C u next Tuesday MM is the one responsible just buy buy and buy more and if you can’t hold hold hold it. Don’t give in to it because we will get back to double figures soon. All of this strange activity goes against Muir’s chart and another one that was done by a respected guy - they were showing late teens here and as IPO was 13.50 where a lot of big name holders sit it was on course. So you can see what they did and this has to be short cover management and manipulation trading
