Investor Madness you really are an amateur different scenario entirely so don’t try and use it as troll - the key point was they were short but failed to declare. Any shorts here don’t have the luxury of having the coverage they had you obviously don’t understand the concept or the point - undeclared shorts do exist. When the market turns back up they have to cover at some point here but the SP is now set on an upwards reversal with a bullish outlook. This goes on a bull run as predicted then the highs will continue and the undeclared shorts in big big trouble

Anyone familiar with example Canadian Overseas Petroleum which a fund I believe had nearly 48% short of the company undeclared until the cornerstone investor fund responsible was forced to declare all its positions in one day by FCA. Shareholders appointed a firm of solicitors to sue the fund. They were also fined by another stock exchange for operating naked shorts. Naked shorts do exist as do MM short positions another example by a listed market maker who was caught out shorting a stock which then suspended and remains uncovered with the request from the MM to company to subscribe rejected. Don’t be so naive IV that’s what all amateur investors think

The plant problems which dragged down the share price are now history 2 years of frustration and pain now fixed and yes it was not GR’s fault but the operator who failed. GR held it all together through very difficult times and shareholders had to endure uncertainty but now the plant is working seamlessly as one how it should have done all those months ago. We now move on move forward to the future PREM was earmarking and new buyers down here can luckily collect the massive upside from here. Sentiment is changing rapidly as market realising this is it no more false dawns it is up and running production of quality spodumene just as prices on up. A lot of miles to travel back up to realise the huge profitability of PREM’s business here now and soon the SP will begin to reflect this. Not ramping but plain old facts and fundamentals. Put simply the SP plummeting on bad news the SP now soars on this good news that completely counteracts the original. Shorts know this and are trying their best to keep plying same old arguments but no way will any have any more leverage here. PREM IS ON THE UP NOW no turning back

Personally think we will see an intraday RNS today to confirm signing of binding agreement. We already know Glencore are happy as divulged in interview Premier loves an intraday as happened many times here and GR dislikes shorters this would knock them off and out for good

Because of the structure of the raise used I think that they will actually majority hold for a lot longer. This will not be the usual flip and this view actually was borne out when it was so hard to buy volume on the day of the gamechanger RNS on Wednesday.
