There may be case of fraud for excessive funding when and if the parties are connected with BOD within the meaning of CGTA 1979. I am very suspicious of £12 million as there is no need. What is so abusive to seek analysis of hours worked by the director in a year and a brief description of what work was done. What is abusive about asking why £12 million is needed and why are we mortgaging our prime asset ready for production where we have already paid for bulk. why cant we lease/hire purchase plant. There should be an enquiry from SFO. I suspect the BOD are stealing the gas asset after developing it with shareholder funds. There is no way the £12 million finance facility is required to first gas at such extortionate rates. I put 4 questions yesterday to Angus. Still not appearing. My lawyers are ready to sue the the entire BOD and auditors.
