Somebody took a bet at funding being concluded. GL and his delinquent colleagues are clueless. These people should not be allowed to be a doorman ,let alone a director of any company. and the guidance on funding is becoming ever more ambiguous, from imminent to near term. Ask the BOD ,who just got off the boat, do they speak English . GL lingo is BS through and through .

ALL OF THE ABOVE appears to be fraudulent or the BOD are clueless. Just making stories as they go along while filling their pockets with shareholders funds. Ordering the odd nut and bolt is the procurement of equipment. Why cant we all make a complaint to regulators and have the entire BOD disqualified.

I am not at all bullish about your comment . The placing is already in the price. Its the finance which will take it above 1 P. That finance should have been completed weeks ago but with this incompetent BOD and its pathetic attitude, nothing ever will happen in good time.

Yanis- I believe that they have to take it up as the additional placing was on their demand/insistence and contracted subject to approval at AGM. But with this incompetent BOD anything can be expected.

You would not be registering a charge against company assets without the loan. AAAG members love putting a spin on everything. All of them filtered so cant see all the green. But the BOD need to get their act together. Very poorly worded RNS with a lot be desired.

There are two different lenders and between them we are oversubscribed. the lenders are fighting with each other over allocation. Security is being registered. "near term" completion expected. Admittedly, the RNS should have been better worded. Incompetence of the BOD is apparent throughout BUT Funding is oversubscribed and coming to conclusion. What do you expect when the members of BOD are just like people who got off the boat chasing £££s. While I am satisfied that funding is coming along slowly but surely and we are very close to concluding this saga I am well pi***** off with the incompetence and gross negligence of the BOD . Some members must be fired.

Considering the size of their holding, they may have sought better particulars of the funding and thus become insiders. Becoming an insider does not require RNS. Its a simple declaration between the shareholder and the company.

Ocelot-I beg to differ .BOD were deceitful in withholding cost escalation information. There communications about the financing leave a lot to be desired. All of their projects are littered with incompetence and negligence and GL is no less a cow boy than the rest of the BOD. He still cant and wont explain why £12million is required and why he is mortgaging the company when most of the work is done and plant can be funded with alternative finance and substantial expenditure be deferred to be funded by revenues. Frankly, its disingenuous of the BOD that questions can be asked by investors but they don't publish genuine questions that challenge their decisions and actions.

Forest nominees are ,probably, insiders , and are not allowed to trade because of the inside knowledge.

Scrappy buys are coming through. Wont be surprised for another positive day. MM are also loaded up which bodes well. They took on most of the HSBC shares on their books.

Only the BOD are to blame for destruction of the share price. They are simply incompetent and negligent and too greedy to my liking.
