The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
True, but my point stands. They have the cash now and the SP should reflect company worth. Laying off staff and cutting costs is the sensible move now that they are over capacity.
The market obviously doesn't agree with me.
The point is though, at this instant in time they HAVE the cash. So I feel the SP should reflect this.........at this instant, and slip as the cash diminishes.
Whereas I feel it is an over reaction considering other work and cash position. That said, I would have expected a 40-50% fall. Not 70% though.
Again, not the point. I am sure there are a very large number of people making more money than me. And a large number making less. But I don't go around telling those people how fantastic I am. Titanic, How is the 7p you predicted (ramped) for LDP coming along?
Please don't assume you pushed the button here for me. I have over 50 companies in my trading accounts, in at varying levels from very small to (for me) quite large amounts. I am having a dig at you because I dislike you............. I dislike you because of the obvious pleasure you take from other's misfortune, and the fact that you are a little holier than though about ramoing...............and do exactly the same thing yourself. I know what the BUY BUY BUY is for..............beleive it or not, I am not special needs...........and yes, posting BUY BUY BUY to get the share noticed is ramping.
I don't doubt you have researched. Again, not the point. Post the research by all means, but 'BUY BUY BUY is not research, it's ramping.
It might surprise you to know I already have some. That isn't the point. The point is, I dont ramp shares in this way and don't hold with it.
Are a very flexible company, specialising in facilities management, insurance work etc. They no longer participate in on spec construction, though of course that will probably change if the market picks up. In profit, some debt, but manageable and a very good order book. Have survived recession in profit, well placed to take advantage of future upticks in the industry. Good management, very hands on..........lots of drive and also quite ethical.
my broker is really messing with the spreads. just offered 10p! bought a little this morning at 9.7
Lol, 5 WEEKS mate, not 5 days! I've been carefully trading these for 5 weeks. Still have some profit, yes, but still........ a lorra work for not much.
No way is it time to buy................unless you enjoy betting. I am laughing at myself here........I never usually leave money in banks over the weekend..............I just wiped out about half of my day trading gains in the last 5 weeks...........in one day.
1.41 just offered to sell!
Wow, the arrogance! top of the food chain are you? You ought to come and work in the retail construction sector for a bit. We work as a team there. As a senior construction manager I have every bit as much input as the design team and indeed, offer my feedback on THEM, which is always acted upon. We value engineer their work and lead the design team meetings. In my world, you're part of the food chain mate. That said, we give respect to the expertise that the architects bring to the table. Respect that appears to be missing in your organisation. Maybe that's why you're finding it tough out there and we're not ;)
I've been in Uniq for over a year. Top sliced a little, but still have most of my holding.
I think you're right, if it hits it again I'll jump in.
Nope, not ready for it. Bloody missed it. Was hoping for a cheaper entry and didn't get it. I'm hoping for a retrace, lol. (then up again of course)
Look at this buy for instance: 18-Mar-10 12:28:34 12.50 25,000 Buy* 11.75 12.50 3,125 Now this sell: 18-Mar-10 13:14:29 14.60 25,000 Sell* 14.50 14.75 3,650
Actually, my take is that there are a few people trading this and doing ok out of it, that's why I've been watching. Doesn't take a lot to push the price up, and I would bet that the people buying a few £k at a time are the same ones selling up at the peak as has just happened, thus stake building.
is better too. I'll watch a bit.
