Shaddam without replying to each of your points,the Chinese have proven once again that they will want shares or collateral in respect of any input of funds.Therefore on that salient point alone an"unearthly amount of dilution"in respect of share holding is inevitable.Frankly the Chinese or whoever would be mad not to demand such an requirement.
However,imho the plant will never be built with any PI involvement when the funds are depleted we will be swept aside and a new "kodal" born.We will just be viewed as irrelevant and with the inclusion of the current BoD only the real end game will be delivered.
We will end up with zilch and deep down all the PI`s already know this.
