Shaddam IV.I agree all the statements should be taken with a pinch salt especially the Podcasts but I don`t think they are at all times dishonest.More likely the just have not the correct leader.A geologist for all his skills may be lacking in how to run the Company day-to-day,some of the faux pas`s being good examples of an inability to stay on top of things.But it is what it is and we have to accept that.

BA and the AGM is a bit of everything when it comes to outlining news, part fact part fiction.
Lets sort the facts, story to date is questionable imo a case can be made for the whole thing looking like a sting.However we are obliged to give the benefit of the doubt to the Board and to reconcile what most here are well aware off ,drilling and samples have been continually on the strong side of good.SC and other bulk investors have done nothing to rock the boat and so far are virtually sleeping partners.The lease renewal lapse, the missed targets and broken promises and indeed the moving target of "the Sample" all seem to be behind us.Up front information could have cleared concerns at inception.
We now must look forward and on the horizon we need the Esia passed.This eases the way into applying for mining permits and the plant development.
The timetable for these matters with be meaningless as calendar studying is not one of BA`s plus points.But it is all about getting there eventually that counts.So enduring the waffle and continued patience is required.The ability for us personally to accept left field setbacks will be necessary also.
I have mentally writtten off the value of my small holding and see any upward trend as a bonus and am happy to live with a complete loss if it happens.My conclusion is anyone invested may as well hang on in and the one doubt I have is whether this board have the skill to obtain the financial funding required going forward.Time and issuance of letter of OFFER is the only thing that will satisfy me in that regard.
Despondency before ecstasy awaits all that have entered here.

Off-take agreement.What does it matter gentlemen if such agreements have no legal standing?

SXXSWE.I always respect your posts but are private placings any cheaper , and even if substantially so in the mind of the PI they are deemed opaque and not open to scrutiny .I can only speak for myself when I say a Public Company should be obliged to have public placings, it has the great benefit of allowing investors to protect against dilution of their holding.The like of me would then have to put up or s**t up.

When you do a list of pros and cons a case can be made for the BoD.But somewhere along the line you have to realise the engine for this whole project was the finance obtained from PI`s.We are the people at most risk here and the driving force,SC and whoever else only arrived after we put in the foundations.Opportunities in recent times for us to support the Company through fund raising which would have allowed us to average down were never afforded to us.
Allowing unknowns to me to profit from reduced pricing rather than us makes me wonder who else will gain these benefits in the future.Us or friends?
An open placing for 3/4 million pounds could have been achieved from us with PI`s and the Company both putting a strong base in place for the upcoming applications and ongoing development.
Sweetheart deals done behind doors without reference to us stinks and makes forward planning as to what may or not occur impossible to weigh up.The last deal to raise £575k was farcical and IMO mishandled completely and highlighted the lack of management ability lead by BA.
Pros and Cons depend on the intangible trust.Personally I don`t have it anymore,which leads me to view future plans in the same category as "fast-tracking" and "funding in place".Nice talk but without any genuine facts to support them.
As to the BoD and what they are going to do, I will believe when I see it.
