BA did his best by doing the rounds of the investment shows, by talking large,and I fully commend him.He spoke of the quality,24 working,the Jorc and Viability scope.But when he had finished no white knight entered in fact no corporate buying occured at all. The reason is that from the day the Chinese bought 20% they owned us,nobody is going to take them on as they would lose and demean themselves. No matter what comes now june/july/august the Chinese did not buy in to benefit the PI`s, it was to benefit them that is their job,and they are good at it.We can but hope when and not if the buyout comes we get a decent offer.I do not want to be pestered about dates, but on price Nedhammers, who I respect, states a figure of 0.5p with which i do not argue but just don`t know. If things are all they are cracked up to be here it is not showing in the share price. Whatever is happening it is not helping PI`s much. We can shout undervalued all day but nobody is listening. Anybody anything to say excluding patience?

RNs good news,property in southern Ireland tettering on the edge.They forgot their past problems and went building daft again.Barclays have about 12 months at most and then wallop. Reason they fall into this trap in Ireland is because they only have one real City Dublin for employment and it sucks in the young.Either go there or emigrate and US and Aus have tightened up. Thus property bubble and pin is already sharpened. Some never learn.
