Would be nice to know more about why the Remuneration Committee "believes this change will more align...with the strategic objectives and the shareholders’ interests." Since I'm not too "in tune" on these types of dealings, and since we are once again, patiently in wait mode, does anyone care to provide a "read between the lines" synopsis on this subject matter? Yes, inquiring minds really do want to know.

BtoB: Yes, agreed. BS was never under any obligation to notify anyone at anytime about his FO position. As 805slo states, it's at big nothing burger to us. I was just surprised that he had accumulated such a sizable stake in FO; I missed that tidbit in the November 2022 Falcon presentation. I see it now.
As a result of the Tamboran 20 SEP 2022 RNS between the same and BS, I believe most of us had a "gut" feeling that he (Sheffield Holdings LP) would also be accumulating shares of FO. The Falcon 13 JUN 2023 RNS confirmed our belief. Little did I know it would be a 9.24% ownership position, though. Perhaps Falcon mgnt is back-peddling a bit, since their 13 JUN RNS "should" have also been released on the same 20 SEP 2022 date, or soon thereafter. I'm sure it is just an oversight on their part. ;-)

WetWater,
I also lack drilling tehnical knowledge. If possible, could you explain in layman's terms, please. (If not, maybe several of us could get together over drinks, someday.)
BTW, I also really like Vegas. As they say, "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas ." I wouldn't want to live there, although I did live just down the street in Henderson, for several years. ;-)

I bought FO at .12, .16, and .21 cents in three separate accounts, giving me a mean of .1633 USD. I'm still seeing "r#d", but not so bl@#dy r#d, like some! I"m still hoping we'll hear something by 15 May, but I've learned at this point to not hold my breath. 22 June sounds good, too. ;-) GLTA
NMagic: Based on the Youtube video (FALCON OIL & GAS LTD. - Investor Q&A) posted on 11 October 2022, POQ states that any divestiture or exit strategy by Falcon, for the foreseeable future, has now been taken off the table. Although, anything is possible. ;-)
“The team delivered a significant increase in sand into the shale formation, when compared to the T2H and
T3H wells in the non-operated EP 161 permit. We expect this will further demonstrate economic flow rates
and commercial viability of the play."
One can surmise that a greater increase in sand could possible indicate a greater potential flow rate. So what does, "a significant increase in sand into the shale formation" indicate? I'm no engineer, so any comments from our forum experts on the technical interpretation is appreciated.
Today, I see a slight pop in stock price and volume for FOLGF in the U.S. Also, on Page 9 in Tamboran's 22 Mar 2023 presentation, I see a reference to the Amungee 4H & 5H planned drilling sites. Have these two well locations been mentioned before? Inquiring minds want to know...
