i assume if you have over £1m in liquid assets your far to wealthy to have any time to follow your hobby- must just be sipping champagne and driving lambos in st tropez lmao
obviously i cannot vouch for wasa but i am aware there are a few of us here that have sizeable holdings - i am just under 8.5m shares
to get in under 4p
i strongly stick by my views as posted here recently that we will see HZM around the £100/150m marketcap within 6 months - that was posted in early November- and thats not including and equity funding.
and i strongly sense that glencore are involved in the process
as mentioned before - i fully expect hzm to get to the 150m marketcap point within the next 6 months excluding any equity issue.
there is a LOT of interested parties is project funding its finding the optimum balance and hopefully the equity component will come last and i imagine we will see glencore play their part.
just added another 250k shares - just over 0.6% of the company.
full stage one package will be sorted at attractive rates - orion deal set the floor - i expect bigger lenders to play slightly hard ball but there is a lot of interest from various lenders and syndicates.
still keep a very close eye on glencore throughout this process
slightly surprised to see this come off so much but purely explained by the big fall in nickel prices and is very short sighted but thats the market as a whole - value will out i am certain.
have taken another 300k shares today as i said before funding will be sorted I am certain
3 weeks ? lol some people are too impatient
absolute underhand BS from what i can see of the administrators proposals -
I am not sure have only just ready the posts here today about the administration - by the looks of it there is a private off board/group discussion ?
as to raising an action if there is reasonable grounds then a privately funded investigation will need to be raiased with begbies - having had a quick glance over the history there does seem to be some grounds in how the allay deal was structured and the information that was given to investors and perhaps even the advice given on the deal - the auditors may have questions to answer as well as failing to notice the HMRC liability is pretty unheard of, something that should be quite basic to account for. looks as if theyve taken the assets and IP for peanuts.
what i dont understand is if revenue was c18m this year where the hell has it gone ?
FCA wont do anything - if you want to attempt to get a result -a private action needs to be raised to the administrators.
the details of the pre pack will be made public in due course anyway.
wipe out HMRC assets sold for cheap and start again
almost certain that the BOD new that this would happen
I used to work for begbies and still know a lot of people there will do some digging.
an action needs to be taken against BOD
graham - you're simple,end of discssion.
think the muppet is the one that doesnt undertand that the 300k wasnt private investor money but institutional money
it would be foolish to name them ojt - but without a shadow of a doubt they are better placed than anyone inc HZM management of where this could be going - so glad i managed to get some more last week at 3.71p.
Hi zebbo not predicting any time line or saying next week etc on the funding front - just happen to know a VERY well placed source that knows EXACTLY What’s going on.
It’s rare that I average up lol
Have averaged up again this morning - I do not have one shadow of a doubt that this will multibag in the next 6-12 months.
I am 100% certain that a full stage one funding package will be sorted and I'm quietly confident that glencore are involved at the highest levels.
it would surprise me if HZM was not a £150-200m company in the not too distant future.
will continue to buy more on any dips.
Our silent 10% partner will be involved in every step of the process in seeing this through to production - and that’s confirmed from the highest level possible.
This is ridiculously undervalued - the Orion funding set the benchmark for financing terms and HZM are in a very strong position in discussions.
A takeover is a long way off but a slow and steady rise over the next 6 months as the story evolves is fully Expected -I fully expect HZM to be in the £2/250m market cap range in the next few months. Have actually averaged up this week !
what a brilliant little growth company this is - have been watching for a while to take a stake and have therefore bought in pretty size ably today - ignore the noise this is a growth story and will generate healthy FCF and pay dividends in the future if it doesnt get bought out
forgive me if i'm wrong but it seems a case of cutting off the weak arm to save the body.
if you take the UK arm out of the listed entity you have a decent revenue producing international business that may have growth with a very low level of debt.?
if thats the case then at these levels could it be a good buy ?
what i don't get is i thought this was a long term partnership that justifed giving away 30% of the company for and the revenue generated was going to be substantial- regardless of the hmrc claim there seems to be a justified case here for misinformation being given - seems highly suspicious
