Come on dude, alfa is a good guy. Regardless of anything else that goes on, he has been here through thick and thin.

Noone knows what people are doing behind the scenes, but from my point of view, my conviction in bmn is due in no small part to alfa, regardless of what he does or chooses to do with his investment.

Alfa and Pdub, are two of the guys here who i really do think are behind bmn and as such any other true holders.

Our sp would probably be higher if we were. Aim loves the explorers not actually making any money!

Libero. Main market isn't just the ftse 250.
250 is just the highest 250 companies in it. (Excluding the ftse 100)

For example NFX is main market listed. And they are much lower mcap than us. In fact there isn't an mcap requirement for main market listing.

A cash raise from this level would be, imo, really bad.
Fundamentally i agree with you, but the number of shares that would have to be issued down here compared to above 20p would be silly.

Longer term I'm sure it wouldn't have as big an impact on the sp. But now, I shudder to think..

Yes but MMs will increase the price immediately before anyone has the chance to sell, then they will sell spiking the new buyers.

Well i see what you are saying, but im sure there have been many legal opportunities for them to buy some completely legitimately

Ill be honest, after the rumble yesterday ive come to the conclusion that things will be how they will be, i believe in the company and that hasn't changed.

Also even though their shares were free, they do have a big incentive to increase the SP regardless, due to their holdings.

i suppose it also answers why none of the directors really buy any shares, they get them for free.

Incidentally, i think director buys would a great thing to turn this SP trajectory around.. shame

From my limited understanding its performance related bonusses for the management for the last couple of years of good results.

Which to be fair they have been, just the sp hasnt.
